So I've been just doing some random research because I'm a huge nerd and love looking into the world building of stuff.
So. Granny Smith is canonically Applejack's grandmother, right? However. She was canonically around a teenager when Ponyville was founded. Her family was gifted land by Celestia, she found zap apples, economic boom, Ponyville is created. However, in Winter Wrap Up, Twilight says that WWU has been practiced in Ponyville for "hundreds of years". And WWU started in Ponyville after it was created by mostly earth ponies. So how long do these ponies live?!? I know some people have done math but I have no clue if they found this piece of lore or not. Because Granny Smith has to be over 200 years old at least.
It's a children's show, I know. But the lore is extensive and usually doesn't have weird stuff like this! 9 seasons and yet there's no clarification on how long the average pony lives! Not to mention how there's a Christmas episode every season lol I love this cursed series
