fallon: really, though, i’m glad you’re finally offically joining the family.

lola: thanks, that means so much, you have no idea.

fallon: so my son finally did it, huh? i was wondering when he was going to propose.

lola: really?

fallon: it’s been so obvious that he wanted to for so long, i wasn’t surprised when he called us up to tell us. kazuki was completely blindsided, though.

lola: ( laughs )

fallon: i don’t see any hover cars, maisie.

maisie: you’ve gotta be kidding me!

maisie: mum! quick, it’s right out -- ugh.

fallon: i see some of the metal plating the boys borrowed from your uncle ty for that school project a while back, but no spaceship.

maisie: ...of course. of course.

[sarahjsims]

kazuki: speaking of high school... i think there were some things i never really... got to say.

fallon continues to stare ahead, too afraid to look his way, not that she would admit it.

fallon: me too. i think... i have a pretty good idea of what you wanted to say. i think you tried once.

kazuki: yeah... yeah, i did.
