In this reading I am seeing that a hermit has witnessed a false empress and has withdrawn from the situation. The false empress poured her energy into building on a faulty foundation. The judgement shows that finances from this criminal energy will be confiscated. The rule of law is important here. The hermit will likely have to go through grief to revitalize their path. Some criminals may have lovable traits and so it's difficult to watch them fall even when they are unethical
