#2965 - Siphonaria sp. - False Limpet Eggs
Probably the Denticulated Siphon Shell Siphonaria denticulata.
False Limpets are air-breathing snails found in intertidal marine and estuarine habitats of much of the world. Externally, the shells are difficult to distinguish from true limpets.
Botany Bay near Bare Island, Sydney, NSW.
#3634 - Siphonaria zelandica - Australasian False Limpet
A Siphonariid found around the coastlines of New Zealand, Lord Howe Island, and much of Australia.
You may have noticed the outline isn't evenly oval - the bump on the left-hand side is the position of the siphonal groove, through which they breath air.
