Magic, of course it had to be more magic problems and with all the wild magic that now existed on Etheria she was surprised a portal didn’t appear sooner. Nevertheless, Catra found herself being pulled into a magical portal and now in this even stranger world and being that she already hated just how unpredictable magic can be she wasn’t too pleased to discover the portal that brought here here had closed.

For now the magicat could be found wondering around aimlessly while trying to find something that could get her back to her home or someone who looked trustworthy enough to inquire about this whole portal business.

Holding her cane tight in her hand, she had been accruing various books on magic and the history of this world in order to learn their secrets and how to further advance her own magic. While the dark arts here did not seem to be as common, she was surely fascinated by the kinds of magic she could expand upon here and perhaps learn new types as well.

Stumbling through the portal that Missi had created, she kept a tight hold of her cane while falling through it. It appears that the portal she had made was not properly positioned so when she stepped through it, she fell flat on her face. Landing with a grunt, Missi rubbed her head for a moment or two before standing up and brushing the dirt off of her. Exploring new magical lands and planes of existence was on the agenda today so she could expand her own magic and take note of other kinds of magical worlds she could encounter.

This one, even by simply standing here, she could feel the magic in the air however strangely trapped it felt. Nevertheless, she was sure to find some kind of magic user or something magical around her even if it was the dead of night; or at the very least she hoped to. It was a random guess if the sunlight here would be harmful to Missi.

“Huh, there’s something off about these humans.”  Black Star softly noted as a couple Hexside students walked past her.  Well, the ones that were most human looking.  Why did they have pointed ears?!  Was it some kind of gene?  A defect?

The alien continued to walk further into town, but a less busy area.  She wanted to ask a citizen where she wound up, but no one so far had been interested in helping Black Star.  “And why’s everybody callin’ me a witch?  I’m not a witch, I’m a Gem.”
