The performative community of the majority of leftists is fascinating to me.

Most leftists will talk about needing to support each other and help their community and then do nothing of substance. If you ask them what they're actually doing to help, most of the time you'll just get a stuttered variation of sharing posts, talking to people, etc. It's all verbal performances.

Excuses range, but a lot of them are usually some variation of "well, how do I know they're not scamming me?" and let me tell you this: If you are actually active in your community, you will see exactly where you can help that isn't a scam.

I guarantee you have a neighbor who needs diapers, someone who needs help mowing their lawn, a freaking food pantry for goodness' sake!

It's horrifying that my household has gotten a thousand times more help (of all kinds) from MAGA morons than leftists because of this false superiority.

Adults easily give their ego the name of self-esteem. And when their ego clashes with someone younger, their ego doesn't let them admit their fault, even when they perfectly know it's their mistake. Their ego loudly says he is younger to me no matter whose fault it is , it should be him who should make the first move of apologising. When 10 other adults repeat the same thing eventually the child gets no choice but to apologise, apologise even when knowing he is right. And then the adult say by compromising no one becomes small. Later in life that child also becomes an adult but he still carries that hurtful memory in his heart. And then when he sees people younger than him, weaker than him, he feels powerful , superior to them. He does the same thing to to them knowing that they also won't fight back. This way we transfer our ego's from one generation to another. By making one innocent apologise we give wings to hundreds of wrong doings

I will never get over how funny it is that I grew up in a hyper-religious household and wasn't allowed to listen to any secular music, only church music and music by explicitly Christian artists, because they "will never conform to the world"

All the artists have sanitized their music so much in order to not offend anyone's politics in their own religion that you literally cannot tell what their songs are about anymore

And you definitely can't tell what religion they stand for. I just heard one of the most famous artists from my childhood on my work's pop station. Like. My dude.
