My dragon lover (Yandere Seto Kaiba x Reader)

When Seto first heard that his love interest had a companion, he wasn’t sure how to react. He was certain that she was single, thanks to his hard work and carefull watch so... that meant she had a pet? He began wondering of what kind of animal would suit you best, perhaps a puppy?

When Mokuba however arrived with a small dragon, Seto at first couldn’t believe it and began pulling, pinching and even threw the poor thing to see how strong that “robot” was. And then Mokuba told him that this was actually YOUR so called companion... Seto was shocked at the news. You had a dragon?!

“Now that’s something I don’t see everyday. And I’ve seen enough to think this another prank.” He said but... when you came for your dragon, Seto was shocked to see the little creature run towards you and standing up to receive a hug. You took in your arms and nuzzled it’s face... it was a cute scene, one Seto couldn’t look away from.

“Thanks Mokuba, I had been worried. My precious friend here follows me everywhere and well... when he was suddenly gone I was worried.”

“Don’t worry about it. He’s actually very cute.”

You smiled and nodded, chatting happily with Mokuba while Seto and the small dragon looked at each other. Seto’s serious, persistant gaze soon earned something close to a chirp from the small animal. You looked down and smiled, realizing that your dragon had taken a liking to Seto.Not that he cared about the opinion of this lizard, as far as he was concerned, that little thing was nothing more than a pet, something for you to use to relieve some stress.

“Oh my, it seems you really are admired by all, mister Kaiba.” You said and Seto looked at you annoyed... why was it that you never called him by his name? He had showed preference (or so he thought), so why were you being like this?

“You can call me Seto when we’re not in public. Besides at this point you just come and go in my company like it’s your own home.” He said and you looked away, it was clear that you were sad and Seto realized that he could have phrased that a bit better.

“I’m sorry... I never meant to bother you both.” You said and he sighed, looking down at the little creature Seto asked.

“How exactly did you even meet that thing?”

“Oh! I was just buying some stuff for a small reunion my friends and I had, he was hiding inside a large box... and well, I couldn’t just leave him there.”

Seto hummed, he wasn’t surprised that you took pity at the dragon, you were a kind person in his eyes, too kind and too naive. Unfortunately for Seto, you decided to leave after thanking Mokuba again for his help.

Weeks went by and Seto was actually jealous of the small creature. He ate with you, slept with you... and there was even a time that the dragon took a bath with you. The dragon was always by your side and you always seemed happy when it was around... and for some strange reason, the dragon had copied some traits of his personality. For one thing, he didn’t like Joey Wheeler and acted like Seto, ignoring, leaving small chufs that were similar to Kaiba’s nasty comments... and one thing that Seto noticed was that the dragon would also try to copy some of his movements. If Seto crossed his arms, the little dragon would try to stand in two and cross it’s front legs while chuffing.

One time Seto was left alone with the small creature and when he placed one hand over his eyes, annoyed at how useless his employees were, he saw the dragon do the same with one of his small wings.

“Maybe he sees (Name) as his mother and you as his father.” Mokuba said and Seto looked at the dragon with a raised eyebrow. Lord it was hillarious when the dragon tried the same thing.

After a month, Seto was acting like a dad to the dragon and well... it almost felt like he had more members in his family, you had opened up more to him, which gave him the chance to hang around you more, being VERY pushy and dragging you around, keeping you close by and there was even a time that he managed to wrap and arm around you and pull you closer when a man saw you and the dragon and approached, earning a deadly glare from Seto.

“Get lost”

It wasn’t long before he created a scenario where you were forced to come live with him. The little dragon was also brought along as Seto became your guardian, no one would approach you or that little creature he had come to care for. His previous envy now turned into a need to protect.... the two of you belonged to him, the dragon had accepted it, so the sooner you did too, the better for everyone.
