Anyone who truly knows me will tell you that Tarik Trotter aka @blackthought is an orator and scribe who I admired years before his Grammy with @theroots and gig on @fallontonight. He embodies my definition for a master of ceremony. He’s also about to turn 47 and is still capable of lapping 98% of today’s rappers old and new (see Funk Flex freestyle). His new EP Streams of Thought Vol. 3 drops in a couple weeks and I’m going on record to say it’s his best solo work thus far.
