Indulge in a delicious gluten-free steak dinner cooked to perfection in a cast iron skillet and topped with flavorful herb butter. This dish is both elegant and easy to make, making it ideal for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 ribeye steaks about 1 inch thick. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary.
Instructions: Warm up your cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle a lot of salt and pepper on the steaks and rub them with olive oil. Put the steaks in the hot pan and sear them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they're done the way you like them. It's time to cook the steaks. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, and rosemary until everything is well mixed. Take the steaks out of the pan and let them rest for a few minutes after they're done the way you like them. Put a small amount of the herb butter on top of each steak and serve right away.
