Drain and set aside. Sauté Steak and Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender and onions are translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Make Provolone Sauce: Lower heat to medium. Add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to incorporate the flavors. Slowly add provolone, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked tortellini and beef back to the skillet. Stir to coat everything evenly in the creamy provolone sauce. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
Grilled Steak Bowl with Zucchini
Grilled flank steak comes out charred and tender while the zucchini softens into something almost sweet from the heat. Rice soaks up all the meat juices, making this bowl substantial enough for any weeknight dinner.
