I didn't have the chance to post this yesterday, but this was my international cuisine practical plate! The type of cuisine for yesterday was northern Asia (China). I made a sautéed sesame chicken with peas, along with spicy fried potato disks with scallions. I'm so proud of this dish, normally I feel very insecure about how my plates look but I'm really happy this all came together nicely. My chef said the balance of sweet and spicy was perfect!
