This is definitely something I have now cooked a few times and make bigger batches to freeze extras. The ground up almonds make an awesome burger texture. I love how it included a Basic Herb Vinigrette for dressing them. The Mango Chutney I really liked too but I might be a little biased as mangoes are my favourite fruit. And even though it was made with my not so favourite flavour, ginger, I supringly liked the blend.
