It's been a while!! I've just been slightly stalking your blog to catch up - congrats on college and the job!!! I'm so happy for you, college is crazy but insanely fun! I'm sorry about your production getting cancelled; that super sucks, especially when you're really close to the actual show. My town's district closed today and might end up closing for longer depending on how things go here in MA. My school is only closed for the next week, but might close more if the board of edu says to (1/2)

My professors are all discussing what will happen if our school should close - my math professor made an announcement today about the procedures for if my school is closed after our spring break. I hope you don't get too bored during your time off (idk about where you are but here lots of stuff is closed or too busy to go to) and that you can get back to school to finish your senior year soon! It was actually the closing weekend of my show, so I already got to perform 4 weekends (12 nights) which is nice, so the canceling isn’t too terrible. Wow, I hope you stay safe and healthy! My school just let out an updated announcement saying that we’ll remain in quarantine until April 20th but honestly I don’t think we’ll be coming back at all. The break is nice but weird. I’ve been watching a lot of TV, movie marathons, reading, actually having time to RP. I’m in CO and we’re pretty bad out here so I don’t think I’ll get to finish my senior year at school. Oh well. But right back at you! It’s nice to see a lovely familiar face around again! You stay safe as well! Love to you and wishes of safety!!! (And you’re more than welcome to call me Sarai :D)

I'm helping my friend edit her college app essay right now and I can't even, stupid word limits and stuff means she can't write everything she wants to (who's supposed to show why a college should accept them in 650 words??!) So I hope yours are going better than we're doing!

I know!!! They're literally the worst! My apps don't even go by words, they go by friggin characters. So the largest essay I'm allowed to write is 2000 characters, and the smallest is 500 characters. I'm tearing my hair out!!! Why do they only allow that much?! Why do I have to write 8 essays? Why can't I just write one legitimate essay, huh?! UGH!

She hadn't thought about Hogwarts in what feels like forever. It seems like Hogwarts was an eternity ago, in a different life, even. It feels like something barely more than a memory. It was a simpler time without the weight of the war yet fully seated on their backs. And yet it was still a time haunted by their futures...

By their destinies...

But it was all a dream compared to the nightmare that she was living now.

So did she really wish she could go back to the way things were?

But wishes were for children who weren't in a war. Wishes were for children who had someone to protect them. Wishes were for children who had someone to love them. Wishes were for children who had someone that would do anything to make them.come true.

So what about the children without those things?

They would just have to make those wishes come true themselves.
