New soap - Forbidden Fruit
This one is inspired by our favorite Evil Queen. Sweet apple is nearly eclipsed by dark, smoky scents of ginger, black pepper, sandalwood, and clove. Sultry floral notes of rose and orchid finish off this scent.

Hey! I’m Briar, the solo crafter behind Ethereal Hive Crafts.
This year has been rough on small businesses of all kinds. If you’re into fandoms at all, even if it’s something I haven’t made yet, consider checking out my shop.
I make my soaps using the best supplies I can from suppliers that follow pay a living wage or better, use eco-friendly and completely biodegradable supplies (including the glitter!), and I love using complex scents! So you’re going to get a bright, fun, easy to hold bar of soap that smells great. I’ve spent a lot of time carefully building colors and scents to different characters! (And, sometimes, I even update designs to match characters better!) Please check out the full array of what I have over at http://etherealhive.com for the widest variety and discounted bundles! (Or if you prefer to use etsy, I do have that.) I’m even able to ship internationally!
Not into soaps? That’s okay! I’ve branched off into other things, like perfumes, lotion bars, and even newer...bath bombs! If you do go check out my website, please have this coupon to get a little surprise discount at checkout: thankyou Sincerely. Thank you!
LOOK I’LL KEEP IT SHORT: IT’S THE 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF ME STARTING MY BUSINESS.
Ethereal Hive Crafts is 2 years old. That link right there gets you 10% off the whole shop. Automatically.
2 years is a heckin’ long time to do soap, especially nerdy soap, and I keep crying as I hit milestones. So...yeah. I could say a lot more, but I’ll keep it simple:
Thank you. For seeing my posts, for reblogging, for liking it (I know I do that for posts I want to go back to later), for buying things, for just telling me you love it, any message of support and appreciation. For coming to me for your gifts! (So many people buy soap as a gift, I’ve learned!)
It brings me so much joy seeing messages, tags, reviews...so thank you. So much. Honestly.
There need to be Sherlock soaps now XD seriously. Nothing would be better than to actually have fandom soaps. Johnlock soaps >:/
Someone get with Cara and make tea soaps based off the Sherlock characters
BUT DON'T CARVE THEIR FACES ONTO THEM, because I don't want to rub someone's face all over my manly bits.
;D I feel so stupid posting his
Why do I want them so much?
Hobby meets Fandom
So, I decided to take up soap making.
Yeah, I know, it's strange but I have a hobby of collecting hobbies (espcially ones I might be able to make money off of on Etsy.com!)
Here's my idea for my first soap, it's a unisex scent, black and blue (maybe red?) swirl. It's a melt and pour process scented with a tad of leather, earth tones, and floral notes with some ground coffee beans for an exfoliate. I found some silicone ice cube trays shaped like guns so they may go on top.
Theme? Supernatural!
Second idea:
Another melt and pour but no coffee grounds. Scented with black tea (may add tea into the soap? IDK), cologne, and a hint of tobacco. Color: Purple.
Theme? Sherlock!
I'll post how it goes.
