i have this scene in my head where everyone is back from mount weather and being treated for their injuries and bellamy got a cut or something on his shoulder/upper back so clarke personally tends to him with her working on his back and him kinda relaxing and they make small talk about how the 47 are and once she finishes bandaging him up clarke just stands there and then she places her hands on the table so they're kinda close to bellamy's sides and she rests her forehead at like between his shoulder blades or something and starts to cry because it's finally all over and they got their people back and she's just so tired and bellamy understands her turmoil and places one of his hands over hers (somehow because the positioning works out shhh) and leans back towards her and so they're doing this whole leaning on each other thing and he starts to cry and it's a tear fest because they fucking did it at the cost of so much but they did it and now they're h e r e and ragkljrga yeah. if i could write it i would <_< >_>

a/n: a small thing i wrote for fandom-fiend when we were talking about how we needed some fluffy bellarke scenes, like them huddling together to keep warm, to get through all the angst

“Feeling any warmer, princess?” murmured Bellamy as his hand rubbed quick strokes over her arm.

Clarke pressed herself closer to his side and tightened her grip on the blanket wrapped around them in response. He could feel her face twitch in what he hoped was a small smile that mirrored his own.

“Thank you, Bellamy,” he heard her whisper, and he swore in that moment that the spark he felt in his chest would soon engulf him in a flame of something he wasn’t expecting to feel towards the woman he had in his arms.
