Note: I have found I really like Drabbles so now I am writing Drabbles (or Double Drabbles) to get ideas out very briefly!!

Title: Camaraderie Between Rivals (But Not Really Rivals)
Ponyboy signed in annoyance as he scribbled out another wrong answer on a piece of scratch paper as he tried to figure out his math equation. He had a test on this on Monday and he had slacked off during study hall with Johnny and now had no idea what he was doing. So he was trying to finish it before Darry figured out he was awake.
Or, he was until Steve stumbled looking more worse for ware than he did when he left their house that evening.
"Glory Steve, what happened to you?"
"Shut it tag-a-long and move over."
Pony moved over without issue, staring at Steve wideyed. A few moments of silence stretched between them before Ponyboy got up and went to the bathroom where the first aid kit was kept. Steve was surely hurting. Ponyboy was hurting just from looking at him.
When he came back, he found that there was significantly more writing on his scratch paper than when he left. He ignored it as he helped Steve patch himself up in the places Steve couldn't reach.
When he looked at his paper again, he found the equation he was stuck on broken down for him.
