Bunsidhe (Scorbunny fanevo)

Support me on Patreon / Adoptable Patreon / Store / Commission me! / Adoptables / YCHs i saw scorbunny and couldn't resist a pun for a theoretical fire/fairy evo so: Bunsidhe/Bunshee I tried to keep the colors similar since, lacking an middle evo, the changes would be too stark otherwise; outside of what I color-picked off Scorbunny, I added a dark red (to add more colors+give her the red eyes of banshee lore) and a slightly desaturated orange (to make the legs stand out). Ended up being more heavily wolpertinger than I intended, but that's fine. Didn't add long messy hair for the same reason as I kept the colors similar; if I added a middle evo or Scorbunny had short hair to start it would have worked, but the changes were too stark as-is. Wings were loosely based on swallowtails (shape) and the marbled white butterfly (pattern). The red-orange edge was a last-minute addition but it helped bring the design together. I referenced Lopunny for the head to make it look more like a Pokemon, since Buneary has a similar head to Scorbunny. The nose band was extended to encompass the horns because I thought it was a cute effect, and the neck thingy was made into a necklace because I wanted the design to be more feminine (since banshee is taken from a term that means "fairy woman"). I could take or leave the lil flame thing, but it's not a huge detriment to the overall design. All in all I think this is a very cute design and I'm very proud of it, especially since it took very little time to create.
