I read a Doctor/Rose pairing on teaspoon where the 11th doctor was traveling with Amy and Rory but something happend (think it involved a machine) that made him turn back into his tenth regeneration. Amy and Rory tried to get him to change back but he didn't want to. I think it ended with Rose wearing a blue dress(random I know)
