WHY ARE FINDING GIFS HERE SO HARD RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH *punching the ground* i litwerally CANNOT what with TUMBLR!!!!!!!!
Last week, a friend slept over. It was around midnight, I was wrapping up things on another blog, she was preparing to sleep, the lights were dim and all and our conversation was back to her nagging me about writing more. The talk turned to a Dragon Age drabble I made. I let her read it. She asked what a bann was. I jokingly told her that the word bann was quite familiar and out of all that she never asked what a teyrn was. She’s not a DA fan at all. All she knows about it is it’s a video game and her friend of more than ten years is obsessed with it. That’s me. She asked what a teyrn was and the conversation spiraled from there. I shut down my laptop, I got my World of Thedas books, went to the guest bedroom and spent about two hours regaling her about Dragon Age - the game, the books, my drabbles. She kept asking me if what I was saying was canon or what I had planned for my drabbles. I kept asking her if it was all right for me to fangirl all over and it was so late in the night and she just had a tiring day of training for her new work. She said it was all right. DA fans, you know how it is to geek, nerd, dork and fangirl over Thedas.
