Oniko Ouma (鬼子 小吉) is a student in Hope’s Peak Academy Class 93 and graduate of Perisan Studies Academy
Her title is Ultimate Language (超高校級の 「言辞」Super High School Level Language). She claims she knows every single language and how to speak and write in them fluently, according to her father she was also responsible for his secret society’s made up language, called Rolgan. However if ever asked to speak in Rolgan, she refuses to.

History
Early life
Oniko Ouma was the first child of Himiko and Kokichi before they got married. At first both her parents were heavily worried if she would inherit a talent, growing up she never showed any symbols of having one. Most of her young childhood memories involved her playing video games. However besides video games growing up with her, she never really grew up with anything else, she often switched hobbies and went through many phases. Often in preschool she’d bully foreign exchange students with children of other D.I.C.E members and other unnamed children.
Cause Of Talent
Most of the foreign students usually couldn’t over power her until she was finally over powered by a young lower classman smaller than her. She was finally hit with realization that size doesn’t matter, or so many thought. Instead she thought that only the biggest and smallest had such power and tried to befriend her. To her dismay it was quite difficult to communicate since they were unable to speak the native language. Being so determined to befriend her, she studied her language and writing system as fast as she could. After they befriended each other she could understand people's conversations and use this info to her advantage. As the years went on, she learned more and more languages only to use at her advantage. Eventually when she learned everything possible, she made her dad’s secret organization’s language called Rolgan.
Name
Oniko’s name is a pun, in fact a pretty bad and terrible one. The Oni in her name means demon and ko means child. Put that together and you got Demon Child. Add in Ouma and you got Demon child Horse king. The pun is The Demon Child Has A Horse King. Even her made up language, Rolgan, is a pun. It’s a play on of the words “Roll Again” put together, is a common phrase people say when playing games with dice.
Appearance
Oniko has very pale skin, reddish-brown eyes, and shoulder length, wavy blackish hair. Adorned with a small star hair clip on the right side of her head. She’s a young woman with an innocent look with a round face, and usually a smug smile, with lazily lidded eyes.
She also wears gray and black boots with a white buckle under her knees, with knee high red leggings with white buckles, and a slightly messy ruffled grey skirt. Around her shoulders is a basic, black oversized cardigan with yellow buttons. On top of her cardigan is a red winter scarf with four pins. One orange triangle, neon pink triangle, a smiley face, and one similar to a demon summoning pentagram. Under her jacket is a oversized white t-shirt with the Coca Cola logo on it.
In her Hopes Peak Uniform, Oniko doesn’t where the school blouse but the Coca Cola shirt with the Hope’s Peak jacket on top and her red scarf. Her skirt is noticeably oversized , with her buckled red knee socks, and white loafers. Her school bag on the other hand, contains many stains, overflowed with papers, and has a small dice keychain.
Personality
Oniko describes herself to be the “Next Jesus Christ” and one day all of humanity will bow down to her. Most people told her she had a creative imagination, but in reality this is just how she views her soon to be title when she inherits her father’s crown leader position. Ever since she was born, her father decided she would be the heir to D.I.C.E clan. Despite her being very cheeky and joyful, she usually uses her talent for blackmail, gossip, and spying on others. Her idea of going easy on some friends with her little pranks is writing racist or offensive remarks in other languages about the following person and taping to them. Besides being friends with other kids of her parents, she really doesn’t have friends at all. Overall she just blames them for being the bad friend, even though she knows she’s being the bad friend, like choosing video games over them, selfish bullying, and D.I.C.E duties.
Like her father, she a trickster and liar at heart. She pulls pranks wherever she goes, and usually and in an upsetting or rude way. Similar to her mother, she’s quite lazy. She never puts full or any effort in to anything. Even the simplest things would be to big of a pain for her, and usually spaces out during classes. According to others, she noticeable childish, laughing at jokes most children would find funny. However, deep inside she’s heavily depressed and possibly suicidal and uses pranks as an escape. Instead of finding help, she’s hiding them away like her father.

Oniko can speak and write fluently in all languages and even can create a brand new one. However, due to her being lazy she usually doesn’t talk at all.
