9. What are the best things about your current fandom?
So many holes to be filled and so many awesome shovellers! The dedication to worldbuilding and character development has meant a very varied array of creative works have come out of the Destiny fandom, and I’ve really enjoyed it.
14. Go on, who are your BroTPs?
Oh gosh that’s kind of a lot of options, ehm. I’ll give a shoutout to Emil and Lalli since I’ve had SSSS on the brain today. Reese and Finch from PoI. Sarah and Helena from Orphan Black (you can have blood-related BroTPs right). Kel and Neal, Cefwyn and Idrys, Annie and Kat, Mal and Wolfe, Joss and Mavkel…
29. Do you have a beta reader? Why/Why not?
I do not! I think part of the reason is I only tend to write short oneshots, and also I’m shy? I don’t feel terribly in need though. Not in a “because my writing is flawless” way, more in a “this is a lowkey hobby and I don’t care to take my editing that seriously” way.
3 & 7 writers asks?
I answered 7 over here :)
3 - how do I feel about my current wip? Answering for Tides of Memories as a whole... Honestly pretty good, I'm excited as it's coming into the home stretch and the end is in sight. If you squint. It's a labour of love at this point. And I do love it very much :)
Can I send another? Too bad, I’m sending another
26, 27, and 28!
I'll allow it 😌😘
26 - can I write with other people around? People are kind of unavoidable in my house so I've had to adapt lol. I mean yeah as long as I can tune them out to background noise or listen to music in my headphones it's fine. But if I'm writing something where I need to be immersed in the Feels then I usually have to get up at 6am when everyone else is still sleeping.
27 - my favourite part of the writing process is when it goes from like
To
Brainstorming is a lot of fun :)
And also, obviously, when I'm able to get in the zone and everything flows and feels good, like I'm watching a movie in my brain and transcribing it, and suddenly there are also words on my screen what I did type. I like that.
28 - least favourite part of the process - thinking of a title.
15 and 16 💕
Hai bestie!
15 - Favourite weather for writing - I don't think I particularly have a favourite, as long as it's not much above 15C. But I do like wet ground smell after it's been raining in the summer, it makes me want to write something nice.
16 - Favourite place to write - I like to take a pen and notebook to the park, or occasionally to the beach. At home with my laptop it's my big comfy chair in a bay window, though that does carry the peril of falling asleep before turning the laptop on.
