Fantastive: A term to describe an introject with a source that is a work of fantasy
Realitive: A term to describe an introject with a source from reality
While the above definition is the most simple way I could describe these terms, the long and short is that they're versions of fictive and factive for introjects who don't want to use the fictive/factive term. It is open to personal feeling and interpretation.
A fictive may not like to call themself a fictive because they feel like it makes them feel not real, bit they maybe okay with fantastive because it's used less or they prefer to call themselves "fantasy" to "fiction"
A factive may not like to call themself a factive because they were sourced from a reality tv or other "scripted" real event and want to use a term that feels like they have a caveat for this.
It's open to interpretation

(but you could pronounce it fan-tah-stive like fantastic)
Re-al-li-tive
(like reality)
