How do I order?

Do I have to have a tumblr account to place an order? 

Nope! :D

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and concealed cash. For cash, just make sure ‘money order’ is checked when you check out! **I NO LONGER ACCEPT FOREIGN CONCEALED CASH. USD ONLY.

Do you accept money orders?

Yes!

How do we send Concealed Cash / what is it?

Just put the money in an envelope and send it to the PO Box address. Also, make sure you wrap it in something so it’s not visible on the outside. Scrap paper, an old greeting card, doesn’t really matter!

When we send concealed cash, do we have to write anything on the inside? How will you who the money belongs to?  

It would be nice if you wrote what you ordered, but you really don’t need to write anything. As long as the name on the outside is the same name you used to order in the store.. you’re fine!

Do we have to tell you when we send out Concealed cash?

Nope! Just go ahead and send it. :)

Do we have to put anything else in the envelope with the money?

You don't have to. But please make sure the name on the front of the envelope where the return address it is legible and is the same name you used on the order form.

Do you accept checks?

I’m sorry, no. :(

Why is it that when I use PayPal, I have to pay more shipping?

That extra fee is actually to cover the service charge that PayPal deducts from the final payment.

How will you know where to send my bracelet(s)?

When you check out, it will ask for a shipping address. That’s where I’ll send your order.

Where do I send my concealed cash / what’s the PO Box address?

Once you place your order, you will receive a conformation email with the PO Box address. Scroll to the bottom of the email and you will see the address. Please send it no later than three days after you complete the order form.

I haven't recieved an email with the address. What now?

I've has some problems with this, sometimes the store doesn't send it for some reason. If you don't recieve the email in 24 hours, email me ([email protected]) and I'll send you the address.

Can I send the cash for all the bracelets I ordered in the same envelope?

Yes! Please do that.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, it's  +$3 per order. It does take a little longer to ship, though.

How big are the bracelets? What colors are they?

Click on each bracelet in the store to read a description.

The store isn’t working! What’s wrong?

If the store is up for maintenance, I am working on something, and it should be back up very soon.

I’m sending concealed cash, but I don’t have USDs. What now?

I’m sorry, I no longer accept foreign concealed cash. If you are from another country and are able to convert your money to USD, that’s perfectly fine. Message me if this is the case because there isn’t an option in the store for international concealed cash.

I just paid, when will you send out my bracelet(s)?

I will send out orders 2-5 days after I receive payment. If it is a pre-order, I will send them out as soon as I receive the bracelets myself, and as fast as I can package them all.

Have you gotten my concealed cash yet?

I get a lot of orders, and I post everyday whose I have received. There is a link on the sidebar where I list all the orders for that day. If you don’t see your name, I have not received your money.

I paid through PayPal already but I don’t see my name on any of Received Orders lists.

The received order lists are only for mail orders, so you wouldn’t be on there.

How long does it take for you to get my cash? I live in ____.

I really don’t know. Go to the post office and ask! It could take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks. Make sure you account for holidays when there’s no mail, and also Sundays.

I asked you a question in your ask box, but you didn’t answer it. Are you ignoring me?

If you ask a questions that you can find the answer to by just looking around the page a little or reading this FAQ, I usually don’t answer it. If you have a functioning ask box, I will answer you back personally. My personal blog is smileseunghyun, and tumblr defaults back to it when I answer anyone. Don’t be confused! It’s still me~ If you don’t have an ask box and it’s a personal question, I usually wont answer.

Can I ask you questions through your personal tumblr?

That’s fine, as long as you have an ask box I can reply to. If you are anon, I’ll just delete the question. I want to keep my blogs separate!

Where do you live / where are the bracelets being sent from?

I live in Central Florida.

It’s been ___ days, why haven’t you received my concealed cash?

The mail service can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks. If you suspect your money got lost in the mail, email me. Please wait at least two weeks from the day you sent it to contact me. Make sure you account for weekends and holidays!

It’s been ___ days, why haven’t I received my bracelets?

I will ship your bracelet(s) out between two and five days after I receive your payment. Please be patient, the mail service can take weeks to ship across the country. If you suspect your bracelet got lost in the mail, email me ([email protected]). Please wait at least four weeks from the day I received it to contact me. Make sure you account for weekends and holidays!

Can I cancel my order / how do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, just email me with your name and order number, and I’ll cancel it for you. Email: [email protected]

I don’t want to cancel my order, can I just change it a little?

In order for me to do that I have to cancel the whole thing and you can order again. Just email me! ([email protected])

What will the *random group* bracelets look like?

I don’t know! Before I order them I will set up polls to decide what colors/text/fonts to use! But as of now, nothing is set in stone.

Is there another way to contact you besides through tumblr?

You can email me at [email protected] or talk to me on Skype, lisamazingreat. And if you add me on Skype, make sure you say you’re from tumblr!
