18. Hold hands with anyone this week?Yup! On Saturday night I had sciatica so bad it was unbearable and The Beefcake just sat with me and held my hand (and alternated hot/cold packs on it).

35.Are there any stressful situations in your life?There are, but I’m doing my best to not let them get to me. I’m getting ready to switch my fitblr name and all of the other social media that goes along with it so I’m emailing font makers and buying creative licenses and all that jazz. That’s kinda stressful. I also just transferred to a new office and my new (used) car is kinda falling apart.I guess the short answer is yes, there are stressful situations. Am I stressed? Not really. Life is gooood.

59.Do you have a little sister?Only child by birth and death. I’ve got a few younger female friends that I see more as little sisters, though.

I am WELL acquainted with that muscle, take care ok!!

I’ve never had it ‘shown’ to me in this way before. I mean, I don’t think she was pushing very hard, just pressing down with her fingers on it, and it felt like a KNIFE going in. Before she did that, I felt a little ‘off’ in my lower back, not that bad, honestly, but I had no idea it was spasming that much!  Wow!  That was just crazy! 

Now I know why I had such a hard time standing up straight last night and even walking -- that muscle was apparently stressed out of its mind. I can’t imagine what it would’ve felt like if she’d done that THEN, when it was REALLY BAD! I might’ve passed out.

Hopefully, between that and the Chiro popping things back into place, it’ll feel back to normal soon. It’s still feels a little tender now, but not really painful, just enough for me to know it was very unhappy lately.
