[ESB] // Firing Line: FHDW ByEastSideBarrioo
Somehow this is in my buddy archives of footages. Checkout my firing line when I was still skating. Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel.
Hey guys!!
I am no longer able to continue skating. I had a bad crash two days ago. The impact was so hard that i had memory loss even with a helmet on. Right now, i still cant remember how it happened and i dont even remember posing for the camera (picture). haha.
This is a very hard decision for me to make. I will no longer be skating but i will be behind the scenes and screen, try the best i can for the longboarding community to spread the stoke.
Cheers,
Farhiie
Thisislongboarding: These Wheels Review
So i got myself a set of These Wheels in 69.5mm, in red core if that matters. No doubt they are one of the best freeride wheels i have ride on.
Right out of the package and you can slide on them, you probably need to give a few slides to start the fun part. Its a wheel that works perfectly for high speed freeriding because the point where it grips and slide are very controlled.
When im on these wheels, they make your slides go bigger and further. If you're into going big, they are perfect for you. When i try sliding them on slow speed, in my opinion they cut off alot of speeds. Some might say they tend to hook up but for me they slowed me down on slow speed. So for me, they are not meant for combo wheels because of that reason, unless you're the type who can bust out combos at ridiculously high speed. I've yet to try them for downhill, so i cant give a review on that part.
Lastly, they dont wear out fast. Being in Singapore, A set of These Wheels cost us longboarders here SGD$89 (approx USD$70+), personally i dont mind spending quite a sum on a wheel if they perform well and so far i am happy with them.
Thanks for taking your time. Hope this help you in anyway.
Singaporean tumblers, you can get them at Spitfire Skate (details below).
