I started playing stardew valley for the first time and now I’m hooked. Here’s my “country girl turned city girl turned back to country girl” farmer, Bee, in one of her cute but impractical farming outfits. I imagine her dressing like a cottage core stevie nicks

SDV Drawtober Day 1 - Jumino

.....ok look i know it was supposed to be a simple drawing, but i had this concept saved in my wips for a while so i figured i’d use it! i’d like to imagine that despite the supposed horrid taste of that “green juice” the wizard gives you, the farmer must have been living the most MAGICAL transformation that day. come on you drink one potion and now you’re one with the forest?? you can talk to animals and shit??? sounds like a power up to me. but then again, this was probably more realistic:

meet the farmer!!

this is bee. an energetic spirit, a lazy morning person and socially awkward to boot, this young lass inherited her grandparents’ farm after realising a city life just wasn’t for her. disheartened by all the job rejections she’s received and a bad breakup, now she’s determined to recreate herself through freshly grown fruits, new relationships and owning a whole bunch of chickens. 

but whether it’s through battling monsters and facing her fears in the mines, or just figuring out which hot single to go for, she might just uncover a whole new destiny for herself.

she also has a cat called vinyl whom she would die for
