John Farnham (Pop Youngster-cum-Power Ballad Legend)

It's a long intro, but hang in there, it's worth the build up. I don't know any other performer who's supporting band have such a ball on stage together (and they were still with him in 2016 - see below clip).

I couldn't pick just a few songs*, so I've hidden the rest behind a cut.

A bit of a cappella with the whole band. This one always gives me chills, it's that good.

Trivia: I've no idea how true it is but there were rumours that one of The Beatles (I can't remember which one) said this is how the song was supposed to be sung.

I'll make a separate post for Ross Wilson (Mondo Rock/Daddy Cool): the writer/original performer of this song

I'm not a fan of Sadie, but it's a long-running joke for audience requests at his concerts, and it's where he started as a young'un so I feel I've got to add it in.
