The 157bhp 2.0 CDTi Vauxhall Astra is a good work horse and no slouch to begin with, however with nothing more than a Stage 1 remap you’ll be seeing over 200bhp and 300lb/ft of torque plus improved economy if you can keep from enjoying the extra power too often!
The 150bhp 1.9CDTi Vauxhall Astra engine is a good strong engine capable of handling a lot more power and well. A Stage 1 remap can take you up to around 200bhp!
We also do a lot of bespoke hybrid turbos for these engines including one for an Astra estate that on stock engine internals is kicking out around 300bhp (350bhp with nitros!).
