Surly Crosscheck, third rebuild. Shorter stem, wider, flared bars, new 105-shifters and derailleurs, new rear wheel (as I'd dented the old rim). Home made rack and bag. Did 70k of gravel and singletrack, spent the last hour in pouring rain. Good times.
