How To Find Romance In Everyday Life
Those three words are enough to get your blood pumping and your heart racing. Those words are the reason you buy thoughtful gifts and surprises for your mom, dad, best friend, and love of your life.
You will also find couples who want their marriages to be like a fairy tale from a storybook. They will fly off to Paris in a fancy and will routinely post photos from tropical beaches. However, I have a suspicion that most of us would say our marriages or love lives are more like Farmer’s Almanac than anything else.
I heard in a movie that keeping a marriage lively requires quarterly days away together. It doesn't have to be Paris, it should be something that gives you some time as a couple away from the kids and daily pressure to refocus on each other.
After all, love is not only a feeling; it is more than that. It is an action that can be shown in the most colourful forms. Here are some much-needed love tips:

Think About That Person
We have all been late or in a rush to get somewhere, trying to balance our priorities on one hand with our phones on the other hand.
We wish someone would politely open the door for us so we don’t have to muster up the strength to open the door with just our feet.
We can hold the door for people and smile at random people.
Show Compassion
What is love?
Love is an act of caring for another person in a way that doesn’t show self-serving. Regardless of the type of person, everyone needs and deserves a warm bundle of compassion. There is no limit to love.
If that has to do with something terrible and you care for them- you will put yourself in that person’s shoes. There are no conditions in love.
You will love that person-doesn’t matter what their flaws are.
Say It Out Loud
I believe it is very important to regularly remind the person we love- that we love them. In the most challenging times of life, a word of encouragement or a heartfelt 'I love you’ will make that person happy.
Let the love of life know that they “got this” or leave them an encouraging note. Never be afraid to show people that you care for them in everyday life.
In the past, people used to send love messages through a carrier pigeon. You can easily send love messages or call them.
Be selfless.
You have to go out of your way to show them where your heart is in the relationship. Like, let go of your pride when your boyfriend takes forever to text you back, instead of acting petty. Just text him back or let go of your guard when your present lover asks you about the ins and outs of your past relationship.
Practice What You Preach
The relationship is a mutual concession-it is a two-way street. People always want to receive love, but they forget to reciprocate the love. That is why I say- it is important to practice what one preaches.
Start with small like returning a phone call or a treat for your love.
Other than these 5 tips, other things to remember are lending you the love of your life an ear while they are freaking out about their losses in a definite or indefinite manner. Like staying up late to listen to your partner shows how truly you love them.
Sometimes a person needs someone who can listen to them. In addition to this, affection is like a soothing breeze on a sunny day and as warm as hot chocolate on cold days.
It is an extension of love. For instance- an early morning love message and a good night kiss before sleep.
Daily saying, "I love you" can become mundane, giving them physical affection instead.
If things are still not serious, try doing something up your alley, like letting your partner know that you are thinking of them. It’s good and important to let someone know you care about them. Only this way can you find romance in your day-to-day life.
