Overall Personality: On a surface level, Kore is polite, courteous, and affable (though it doesn’t stop her from being sarcastic and long-suffering over the actions of those around her) - she seeks solutions to problems that aren’t about violence, but of negotiation and reason. She is highly educated and very cultured, having seen a lot of the Empire and knowing a vast amount about cultures and tradition. She is someone who gets by on deception, persuasion, and sheer guile, and she very much enjoys twisting people around her fingers through the use of speechcraft. As an adjudicator she is resolute and incorruptible, though she has allowed for - and used - loopholes in the law on occasion as she reasons loopholes such as those are open for exploitation for a reason. She is incredibly loyal, primarily to Tunon, and ultimately pragmatic. It is her pragmatism, the idea that Kyros would not like to rule over ashes, that put her at odds with Graven Ashe due to his methods - it does not make her any less ruthless, however, and she has a streak of cruelty as well as a willingness to use violence as a tool to get her will through.
