Obviously, she can't physically touch you, but she'll program a "cuddle mode" where their avatar leans against the side of the screen closest to you
She'll play relaxing songs or rain sounds to help you relax while you lean against the monitor or laptop
Aoi Asahina
Hina is a full body cuddler. Expect legs tangled together and a lot of energy. She might accidentally kick you while getting comfortable
The best time to cuddle her is after her shower after swim practice when she's sleepy
Byakuya Togami
At first, he sits perfectly upright and stiff. You basically have to use him as a pillow while he sighs and pretends to read his book
He won't hug you back immediately, but if he doesn't move away, that's his version of a green light. Eventually, you might feel a hand rest tentatively on your hair
Celestia Ludenberg
She prefers to have her head in your lap while you stroke her hair (with very specific instructions provided)
She's very much like a cat—she wants affection on her terms only, and if you move before she's ready, you'll get a very cold glare
Chihiro Fujisaki
Chihiro loves being the small spoon. Being held makes her feel protected and valued
She's a huge fan of heavy blankets. If you're cuddling Chihiro, you are likely buried under three layers of fleece
Genocide Jack
Cuddling is like a contract sport. She's likely to wrap her legs around you like an octopus and cackle directly into your ear
You have to gently remind her to put the scissors away before things get too comfortable, or you might lose a sleeve
Hifumi Yamada
He usually wants a dakimakura involved in the session somehow
Cuddling Hifumi almost always involves a bowl of snacks between you two
Junko Enoshima
One minute she's being sweet and lovey-dovey, the next she's pushing you off the couch because "boredom is the ultimate despair"
She loves to pose while cuddling, treating the moment like a photoshoot even if no one is watching
Kiyotaka Ishimaru
"We shall commence the relaxation period for exactly thirty minutes!"
He tries to cuddle while sitting at a perfect 90-degree angle. It takes a lot of coaxing to get him to actually slouch and relax his shoulders
Kyoko Kirigiri
She doesn't initiate often, but she'll lean her head on your shoulder as a silent way of saying she trusts you
She likes when you trace the patterns on the leather of her gloves
Leon Kuwata
He tries to act like it's no big deal, usually lounging back with his arm draped over the back of the sofa, waiting for you to make the first move
He has a lot of nervous energy, so he's constantly tapping a beat on your knee or playing with his piercings
Makoto Naegi
He runs surprisingly warm. It's a very cozy, classic experience with a lot of hand-holding
He's the ultimate of the "arm around the shoulder while watching a movie" bit. He'll get flustered if you point out how much he's blushing, but he won't pull away
Mondo Owada
He gets incredibly embarrassed and turns bright red. He'll gruffly tell you to "just sit down already", then pull you into a side-hug that feels like being gripped by a bear
He probably adopts a stray kitten and names her Chuck Jr., so he'd definitely want the cat to be apart of the cuddle pile to deflect from his own shyness
Mukuro Ikusaba
Even while cuddling, she's listening for footsteps in the hallway. She stays tense for a long time until she's 100% sure she's safe
Once she finally melts, she's very clingy. She's not used to soft physical contact and will hold onto your hand like it's a lifeline
Sakura Ogami
She is incredibly mindful of her strength. She'll pull you in close but with the lightest touch, making you feel like the safest person on earth
She doesn't need to talk. Just the sound of her steady, deep breathing is enough to put anyone to sleep
Sayaka Maizono
She loves the aesthetic of cuddling. Expect a lot of soft humming and her playing with your fingers while you talk
She's great at reading when you need a hug before you even ask for one
Toko Fukawa
She's very twitchy. If you touch her without warning, she'll jump ten feet in the air and accuse you of having ulterior motives
Once she settles, she likes to hide her fact in your chest or under a blanket so she doesn't have to make eye contact
Yasuhiro Hagakure
He's very relaxed—maybe too relaxed. He'll fall asleep mid-sentence and start snoring within two minutes
He'll probably try to light some "cleansing incense" beforehand

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
what started as a structured discussion had gradually unraveled into overlapping arguments, voices rising and clashing as each new theory contradicted the last.
order had broken down. the evidence board has gotten revised more than once, and yet the same conclusion of the most plausible suspect kept circling back, stubborn and unavoidable.
you.
kiyotaka stood rigidly behind his podium, posture as straight as ever, though the tension in his shoulders betrayed the strain he was under. his eyes had not left you for quite some time now, focused sharply in a way that made it clear he was taking this seriously. possibly even more than kyoko.
“your unexplained absence is a critical issue,” he stated firmly, cutting cleanly through the noise of the room. “in a situation such as this, failing to account for your time is not merely suspicious, it is a direct violation of the trust required for a fair and honest trial.”
mondo let out a frustrated sigh from a few spots beside him. “tch…just say it straight, man. they’ve got no alibi.”
“i am saying it straight!” kiyotaka snapped back immediately, though his tone never lost that rigid sense of discipline. “every student must be held to the same standard. that includes them.”
near him, makoto looked uneasy, glancing between you and the others. “but we don’t actually know why they haven’t said anything yet. there could be a reason—”
“then they must state it,” the dark haired male interrupted without hesitation. his gaze shifted back to you, unwavering. “silence in the face of accusation only obstructs the truth. if there is an explanation, it is your duty to provide it.”
your fingers clenched into fists at his tone. why did he always have to word things that way? it was endearing at times, but right now it was not.
though to be honest, it wasn’t like you hadn’t expected this. you knew the moment your disappearance was brought up that it would come back to bite you eventually. stir up suspicion and possibly get accused of the murder. still, hearing it laid out so bluntly, with everyone watching and waiting, made your throat feel tight in a way you couldn’t easily ignore.
“i…” you hesitated, the words catching before they could fully form. “i can’t say.”
“huh?” leon leaned forward, brows knitting together. “what do you mean you can’t say?”
“that’s not an answer,” byakuya added coldly, arms folded. “if you expect anyone to take you seriously, you’ll need to do better than that.”
even toko scoffed under her breath. “s-so suspicious…t-they’re totally h-hiding something…”
kiyotaka watched you carefully, as if weighing your words against everything else he had observed so far. there was no mockery in his expression, no malicious judgment (of course he doesn’t want you to be falsely accused), just a strict expectation that you would correct this. and somewhere inside of him, he feared the lingering possibility his classmates plagued in his mind—what if you really did have something to do with the murder?
“‘cannot’ is not an acceptable response,” he said at last, volume backpedaling to a lower one now but no less firm. “if you are withholding information, you are interfering with the trial itself. that is not something i can overlook.”
mondo frowned. “if you’ve got something to say, just say it already. dragging this out ain’t helping anyone.”
you could feel every pair of eyes in the room pressing in, judging, expecting. the longer you stayed quiet, the worse it looked. you knew that. you knew exactly how bad this was getting.
but just thinking about saying it out loud...your face felt draining of color at the thought alone.
“i told you,” you muttered, unable to meet anyone’s gaze. “i can’t.”
taka exhaled sharply through his nose, frustration finally breaking through his composure.
“this is not a matter of preference!” he exclaimed, voice rising. “we are conducting a class trial. lives are at stake. if you have information that could clarify your involvement, you are obligated to present it!”
the force of his words hit harder than anything else had.
for a moment, you didn’t want to respond. but exasperation burns through when your boyfriend, in this case, was like a bug refusing to let go.
“fine!”
the word came out louder than you intended, halting the discussion in its tracks. even kiyotaka paused, caught off guard by the shift in your tone.
your hands moved before you could second-guess yourself, pulling the item from your bag and placing it down on the podium with more force than necessary.
“i wasn’t doing anything suspicious,” you blurted quickly, the embarrassment already creeping into your voice but you remained frustrated. “i was just…working on this.”
its fabric unfolded slightly where it landed. a neatly stitched armband, carefully made through with clean stitching that left no doubt how much effort had gone into it. the design was simple but precise, structured in a way that mirrored kiyotaka’s own strict sense of order. a vibrant red hue matching his current one instead etched with a moral compass design and talent written on the inside.
nobody spoke for a moment. until mondo blinked and said, “…you disappeared all day for that?”
“no way. seriously?”
“wow...you made that?” makoto’s eyes widened in disbelief.
aoi beamed at the sight, hands clasped together as she sighed in relief. “that’s so cool, y/n!”
on the other hand, kiyotaka had gone completely still. his gaze dropped to the armband, then slowly lifted back to you, expression unreadable for once. the earlier intensity hadn’t disappeared, but it changed into something hardcore of a realization.
“you were…making this?” he asked to make sure.
you crossed your arms firmly, still refusing to look at him directly. “it was supposed to be a surprise,” you admitted, voice dropping. “i didn’t think i’d have to explain it in the middle of a trial.”
hagakure shook his head, still surprised at the turn of events. “you almost got yourself pinned as the killer over an armband?”
“i didn’t think it would turn into this!”
taka then stepped forward, headed to where you were. he reached out and picked up the armband, holding it carefully in both hands as he examined the gift. his fingers traced along the seams, taking mental noting of the effort and time it must have taken you to make something meaningful like this for him.
“the craftsmanship is exceptional,” he said, giving that rare soft smile he doesn’t intend to but saves only for you.
the room went a little quieter (ignoring byakuya’s comments of “moving along to actually important things”), though not in that overused dramatic way—just enough for his words to stand out.
“if this is the truth,” he continued, voice regaining its usual firmness, “then your actions, while poorly communicated, do not align with those of the culprit. your absence was not malicious in intent.”
byakuya gave a small, unimpressed huff. “an inefficient use of time, but not a crime.”
“oi, so they’re not the killer then?” leon asked.
makoto nodded quickly. “uh, right. there’s no reason to suspect them anymore.”
kiyotaka looked back at you. the stern edge in his expression had softened, if only slightly.
“in the future,” he said. “you must understand that withholding information in a situation like this leads to unnecessary confusion. transparency is essential to maintaining order.”
you groaned quietly, face still warm. “yeah, i got that part already…”
“…however,” he added, “your intention was not improper.”
that was about as close to gentle as kiyotaka ishimaru ever got.
mondo snorted, deciding to poke a little fun into the situation much to your dismay. “damn. you really went all out for him, huh?”
your embarrassment instantly spiked again. “can we not—”
but taka had already turned slightly, adjusting the armband with careful attention.
“…we will return to the main discussion,” he announced, posture straightening once more. “there is still a culprit to identify!”
yet he didn’t remove your gift from his arm, wearing it like a badge of honor because of the hard work you poured into creating something meaningful just for him to wear.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
all eyes were fixed on you as the evidence mounted—your absence the entire day of the murder, the ‘convenient timing’, that you so happened to have that most likely resulted in this class trial. its been dragging on long enough for patience to wear thin until frustration replaced logic. and now, it had circled back to you.
korekiyo stood beside you in the circle, listening attentively to the debate though his attention never strayed far from your direction. his head was tilted slightly, golden eyes reflecting a quiet, unsettling interest that contrasted with the rising tension in the room.
“fascinating,” he murmured during a beat of struggling silence. “the narrative constructed around my beloved is quite convincing on the surface. yet human behavior is rarely so simple. to accept this at face value would be…disappointingly shallow.”
kaito exhaled sharply. “man, can you quit talking in riddles? it’s not complicated. they were gone all day, right when the murder happened. that’s not something we can just ignore.”
maki’s gaze turned into that chilling one as it landed on you, causing goosebumps to appear on your skin. “do you want to die? if you have an explanation, now’s the time to give it.”
shuichi hesitated before speaking, but when he did, his tone was careful. “we’re not accusing you without reason. but…the timeline doesn’t work in your favor. if there’s something we’re missing, you need to tell us.”
you didn’t respond to prevent the situation from getting out of hand (even though it already was, unfortunately). the silence stretched just long enough before one certain troublemaker fought it.
“ooooh, this is getting good!” followed by an excited clap.
kokichi’s grin widened immediately, leaning forward with clear interest. “refusing to explain yourself in a class trial? that’s basically begging everyone to think you’re guilty.”
“don’t twist it like that, degenerate!” tenko snapped.
“i’m not twisting anything,” kokichi responded with an innocent shrug. “they’re the one staying quiet. just think about it.”
meanwhile, gonta looked both concerned and confused. “but, gonta don’t think y/n is capable of doing that. y/n not do bad, right?”
“oh shut up gonta. everyone here knows the truth already and you’re still confused? come on.” oma scoffed.
even keebo seemed troubled, by the way his robohoge stood in panic. “remaining silent under these circumstances only increases the likelihood of misinterpretation. clarifying your whereabouts would be the logical course of action.”
the pressure wasn’t subtle anymore. it pressed in from every direction, tightening with every passing second. you shook your head, small but firm. “i can’t,”
kaito dragged a hand down his face. “you’re making this harder than it needs to be!”
“then we have no other choice than to consider you a suspect.” kirumi added.
“it’s not unfair if they won’t talk,” kokichi chimed in, obviously entertained. “if anything, it’s super suspicious. maybe they’re hiding something way worse.”
“that’s enough,” shuichi cut in quickly, though the tension in his voice betrayed his uncertainty. “we don’t know that yet.”
through all of it, korekiyo had remained quiet. eyes closed for a second in concentration, studying. “my dear,” he said, turning toward you fully now, volume lowering just enough to separate itself from the noise around you, “you have endured their scrutiny with admirable restraint. but even the most patient soul must know when silence becomes a burden rather than a shield.”
“you are not one to falter under pressure without reason,” he continued. “which means what you conceal holds significance beyond mere convenience.”
that was the problem; it did. all you wanted was to spend a special kind of private moment with your partner and show him the gift you had prepared for him, but in this joke of a prison, your classmates have mistaken your (still unknowingly) entire day of disappearance for a murder you didn’t commit.
your thoughts tangled as every eye remained fixed on you. saying it out loud felt ridiculous. worse than ridiculous. it felt...humiliating, in a way you hadn’t anticipated when you first started making it. now recalling on that, it was dumb not to have thought about a scenario like this playing out later. maybe you would’ve been ready by then.
but life decides things differently.
“i said i can’t.” you repeated quieter now, your voice losing some of its earlier firmness.
“then let’s vote already,” maki spoke like she was over with this entire thing already. and she clearly was. “dragging this out won’t change anything.”
that hit harder than anything else, because you knew she meant it. a sharp breath left you as you straightened, forcing yourself to move before the situation tipped any further out of your control. if you didn’t say something now, this wouldn’t just be embarrassing. it would be final.
“…wait,” you muttered, causing the side arguments to hit the brakes.
you reached into your pocket, slower this time, your movements lacking their usual confidence. the object in your hand felt heavier than it should have as you pulled it out, carefully wrapped in cloth you had gone out of your way to keep hidden all day.
“i wasn’t killing anyone. i spent all that time in my lab. i just...didn’t want anyone to see this before it was finished.”
almost done in unwrapping it, the cloth fell away to reveal a small talisman. it didn’t carry a simple or decorative without meaning kind of design. every detail carried intention, from the carefully polished bone pieces woven into the structure to the dyed threads binding them together in intricate patterns. at its center, the small carved mask rested perfectly in place, etched with symbols you had copied from some research books you’ve taken out of the library for.
“…you disappeared all day for that?” ryoma asked, blinking.
miu burst out laughing almost immediately. “no way! you’re telling me this whole trial was fuckin’ close to going south because you were making spooky crafts for your creepy boyfriend?!”
tsumugi leaned forward, eyes lighting up. “wait, no, that’s actually really detailed…those patterns aren’t random, are they?”
himiko squinted at it. “nyeh…it looks like something you’d use in a ritual…”
standing there while all of them reacted at once made it infinitely worse than just saying it. your gaze stayed fixed anywhere but them, shoulders tense as the reality of how this looked settled in all at once.
korekiyo stepped forward, simply reaching out, hands careful as he lifted the talisman, examining it with an attention that bordered on reverence. his fingers traced along the carved mask, following the engraved symbols as if committing them to memory.
“this…” he whispered in barely hidden awe. “you created this in such a short span of time?”
“i used your notes,” you admitted with a nod, still avoiding eye contact. “from the book you left open last week. i didn’t want to get it wrong.”
“the structural accuracy and symbolic placement…you did not simply imitate. you understood its meaning.”
“it’s because i didn’t want it to look cheap,” you muttered. “it was intended to be a secret until i showed you later. not…this.”
“nishishi~ yeah, well, surprise! the whole class knows now.”
“kokichi, stop please.” shuichi muttered, though there was a faint, relieved exhale behind his words as the motive behind your disappearance wasn’t murder.
kaito shook his head, still processing. “jeez, you seriously should’ve just said that earlier…”
korekiyo finally looked up from the talisman. those golden eyes settled on you again adoring intensity. “ah, my beloved,” he said softly, “to devote your time to such a creation…even under these circumstances…how beautifully human.”
he held the talisman a moment longer in his bandaged hands before resting it carefully against himself, right over his heart as though it already belonged there.
behind him, the main debate resumed, attention moving back toward who’s the actual culprit? as the tension around you dissolved into scattered reactions and muttered comments. but the weight of the moment didn’t disappear so easily.
“you need not shrink from their reactions,” he added. “what you have made holds meaning far beyond their fleeting amusement.” his hand brushed yours briefly beneath the podium, grounding.
and for the first time since the accusations began, the pressure eased—replaced by something far more manageable, even if the awkwardness of the reveal still lingered stubbornly in your chest.
the surprise had been ruined. but in the end, not misunderstood.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
at a glance, byakuya looked indifferent as ever, as though the trial were nothing more than an intellectual exercise. but there were small tells—barely noticeable shifts in his stance, the faint tightening in his jaw whenever your name came up—that betrayed something less detached beneath the surface.
makoto spoke up, concern evident despite his attempt to stay rational. “you disappeared right after breakfast, y/n,” he said cautiously to avoid togami’s wrath. “no one saw you for the rest of the day. if there’s a reason for that, you need to tell us now. otherwise…um..”
he didn’t finish, gaze downcast as his hand went behind his neck in awkwardness. though the message was clear; we’ll have no choice but to vote for you.
kyoko’s eyes settled on you next, sharp in her calm way. “the estimated time of death falls directly within the gap of your disappearance,” she added. “right now, your silence is the only thing filling in the blanks.”
you didn’t respond. you didn’t want to—it was either going to worsen or result in more confusion, and you weren’t going to risk it. your fingers curled tighter against your palms, nails pressing into skin as if grounding yourself in something physical might make this easier to endure. but you knew better. it wouldn’t. nothing about this situation was easy, especially not when the truth felt so painfully out of place here. blood, evidence, accusations—and then there was what you had actually been doing.
it sounded ridiculous in comparison.
“i have nothing to say,” you answered finally, your voice flat enough to shut down further questions before they even formed.
ding ding. that made things worse.
celestia let out a quiet, amused hum. except you could already tell how much she was seething underneath that facade. “how interesting. refusing to defend yourself in a situation like this is either very bold…or very foolish. what could you be hiding, hm?”
“it’s irresponsible!” kiyotaka’s voice boomed across the room. “a trial is not a place for secrecy! if you possess information relevant to the case, it is your duty to present it!”
aoi shifted uneasily, glancing between you and the others. “you’re making this really hard, you know…? we don’t want to think it’s you, but you’re not helping.”
“still refusing?” byakuya’s voice finally cut through, cool and precise.
you shook your head in response. his gaze never left you, unwavering, studying every change in your expression, every flicker of hesitation you tried—and failed—to hide. he wasn’t guessing like the others. he was observing, dissecting. and his patience was wearing on thin ice now.
instead, you looked away, feeling that burn of fluster creep up your neck, spreading across your skin as the weight of everyone’s attention pressed down harder. saying it here, in front of all of them, felt too embarrassing in a way you didn’t prepare for. you planned everything carefully for one certain someone. the time, effort, even pulled an all-nighter. it was never meant for this.
“how tiresome,” he continued, tone edged with impatience. “if you intend to act like a fool, at least do so efficiently. your silence is not mysterious. it is inconvenient.”
your jaw clenched as you forced yourself not to react. of course he’d say something like that. of course he’d reduce it to something irritating, something beneath him. would’ve been easier if he just stayed silent.
“then why don’t you stop asking?”
“on the contrary,” he replied immediately, “i will continue asking until you provide an answer worth hearing.”
“…if you’re not the culprit,” makoto said more gently (probably to get the words out of you). “then please. just tell us where you were.”
“no.”
“…i see,” byakuya scoffed, expression unchanged. it almost sounded like he was done but, “then i will ask you one final time.”
“where were you during the time of the murder?”
you could feel it breaking you down, piece by piece. the longer you held onto it, the worse this became—not just for you, but for everyone else trying to move forward. and somehow, that made it harder to justify staying quiet.
...
“i wasn’t…doing anything related to the case,” you started hesitantly, words coming out uneven despite your effort to keep them steady. “i spent all day in the art storage room.”
“you want proof? fine, but i’m not the murderer.” your fingers removed the lid from the sleek black box you had found somewhere, revealing the white gloves neatly placed inside.
they were unmistakably tailored, its cut matching with his usual style perfectly, the leather smooth and carefully treated. its stitching almost seemed invisible from afar, only noticeable if you looked close enough, and with the subtle lace woven along the sides and fingertips.
however, for a room that’s supposed to always be loud with arguments and people talking over one another, the trial room was dead quiet. even monokuma just sat there, though the tick mark on his forehead was prominent, just as he was about to get mad and scold everyone, toko beat him to it.
“w-w-what!? you m-made something f-for master byakuya?!” she glared at you, clearly fuming at the sheer audacity of being so boldly direct (even though he’s legit your boyfriend).
you stared back at the writer in confusion. “uh, yes? why wouldn’t i?” you muttered under your breath, fighting the urge to roll your eyes.
then leon blinked, ignoring the storm brewing from toko. “wait...you’re serious?”
aoi leaned closer to take a better look. “you made those, y/n? whoa, i never knew you had such a great talent!”
“so that’s where you were…” makoto let out a small breath, relief clear on his face.
kyoko studied the gloves for a moment before nodding. “that accounts for the missing time.”
you turned to byakuya next, admitting, “it was supposed to be a surprise,” the words coming out more defensive than you intended. “and i wasn’t planning to announce it in the middle of a trial.”
“hmph.” was his response as he took the gloves carefully in reluctant yet poorly expressed gratitude, his usual confidence momentarily quieter as he examined them. hands traced along the stitching, testing the material, noting every detail without rushing.
when he slipped one on, it was a perfect fit. his fingers flexed once, then again, as if confirming what he already knew.
“…impressive,” he said at last, though his tone remained restrained as to not show too much of the actual please he felt. “the measurements are exact. the craftsmanship is acceptable.”
you huffed lightly. “that’s high praise coming from you.”
“it is.” he replied without hesitation. “…idiot.”
“excuse me?”
“you prioritized this,” he continued, ignoring you. “over your own defense.” when you finally glanced up, his expression had settled back into something composed, but not entirely the same as before. he adjusted the glove once more, smoothing the fabric before turning his attention back to the rest of the class.
“next time,” he warned in his ‘specifically for you’ tone. “you will inform me beforehand.” a brief pause followed when byakuya cleared his throat and added, “…though i suppose the result justifies the earlier inconvenience.”
and that was the closest thing to gratitude you were going to get.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
celestia observed it all in cunning silence.
one manicured nail rested lightly against her lips, calm composure on max, her eyes moving silently from one speaker to the next. unlike the others, she didn’t rush to fill in the missing gaps of the murder timeline, instead opting to wait until the right moment presented itself. and when it did...
“how strange.” her voice was not raised, yet it held enough to steer the discussion.
“what is, celeste?” aoi asked.
celestia didn’t move from her place, looking amused, like the answer had been sitting in front of them all along. “we seem to be circling the same conclusion,” she continued, tilting her head slightly. “and yet, no one has addressed the most…suspicious detail.”
makoto blinked. “suspicious detail…?”
“you’re referring to y/n’s disappearance, right?” kyoko’s eyes narrowed a fraction as she locked looks with the gambler.
“correct,” celestia’s gaze drifted ‘til it settled on you. the word itself was spoken gently, but the effect was not.
sayaka was next to react with a concerned expression. “is that true, y/n? no one saw you during that time?”
“yes but—” except celestia indirectly—or no, most likely on purpose—interrupted your response. “how curious,” the girl added. “most individuals, when faced with suspicion are quick to defend themselves. and yet y/n remains silent.”
“i already said i can’t explain it.”
“mm, not cannot, but will not.”
“that’s not what i—” “is it not true, then?” celestia’s expression stayed the same. it was still hard to tell sometimes what she was really thinking behind that poker face as she held your gaze, as though weighing your reaction more than words.
sakura raised a hand slightly to steady the tension. “if there is a reason for your secrecy, you must say so, y/n. remaining silent will only deepen suspicion. let us help you.”
chihiro nodded in agreement, albeit nervously. “i-it’s okay if it’s something small...you can tell us.”
you exhaled quietly, frustration building beneath your ribs. this wasn’t supposed to go like this. none of it was. “i’m not the culprit. isn’t that enough?” the exasperation in your tone was obvious; you were starting to get tired of this back and forth. what shitty mood was your girlfriend even in, trying to kick you under the bucket?
celestia’s smile sharpened just slightly. “an assertion without proof,” she replied. “how unfortunate.”
oh my gosh. that did it. not the accusation—because she wasn’t outright accusing you—but the way she made your silence sound like a free choice, something suspicious rather than personal.
when the slightest of hesitation crossed your face, “ah,” she sounded pleased. “so there is something you are protecting.”
“it’s not like that.”
“then clarify it.”
“oh okay, so you want everyone to see what i made for you?”
celestia blinked, momentarily stunned. “repeat that again?”
pulling the object from a pocket, you placed it onto the flat surface in front. “you think i was busy killing somebody? no. there’s your proof.”
the lace caught the light first, then its shape. the full piece unfolded by your fingers showing a two-toned choker, black lace on the middle and white on top and bottom parts, added with subtle frill trims to match her white headpiece, delicate patterns stitched together to pair up to other gothic-like outfits she owns.
“...huh? so we wasted time over a gift?”
“please shut that mouth of yours, makoto.” celestia responded with a smile.
makoto swallowed, shooting you an apologetic look. poor guy just blurted it out without thinking. kyoko watched this and gave a sigh. “y/n, are you firm in your defense?”
“yeah. i know it’s hard to believe, but trust me. this took longer to finish for me to be on a killing spree.”
kyoko cracked a tiny smile at that. “very well then.”
sayaka’s eyes lit up in amazement. “it looks so pretty and delicate. you did a great job!” “it’s really detailed.” chihiro agreed.
“alright, that’s enough everyone.” a clap of hands followed by celeste. she turned toward you, her palm extended, gesturing for the choker with a polite, “thank you” when you gave it.
there was nothing about her expression that suggested surprise, only a measured sort of interest as she examined every detail. “how meticulous. didn’t know you had an artists’ eye for these things,” her gaze never left the object as it dangled from her hand. “you devoted an entire day to this, and still chose silence when suspicion turned your way.”
“such craftsmanship! the dedication alone speaks volumes!” hifumi exclaimed, striking a dramatic pose.
even sakura’s gaze softened once she realized, understanding settling in without the need for further explanation.
celeste hummed softly, finally lowering the choker back onto the podium. “regardless of personal sentiment,” she said, turning her attention back to the class, “the timeline now holds. the absence has been explained, and there is no longer a basis to pursue suspicion in that direction.”
kyoko nodded. “that’s correct.”
as conversation soon redirected you exhaled in relief, the tension in your shoulders finally easing, hoping the moment would pass entirely.
it didn’t yet.
once the trial was done with, celestia moved past you on her way back, but this time she didn’t stop right away. instead, she paused just enough to glance at you from the corner of her eye.
“for future reference, allowing yourself to become a suspect over something so trivial is hardly a wise strategy.”
“i know. lesson learned.”
“...but. if you insist on creating gifts, perhaps i may request you to make me other accessories in exchange for becoming my personal stylist.” she offered.
well. guess you don’t have anything to lose either way by accepting, right?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
chiaki rests her chin lightly against her hand, eyes half-lidded but focused. “the timeline still doesn’t connect. there’s a whole block of time where we can’t place you anywhere…and that’s kind of a big problem.”
gundham exhales through his nose, arms crossed beneath the dramatic fall of his scarf. “an absence in the record is not proof of guilt. the void itself cannot act.”
“yeah, but it sure makes things suspicious,” kazuichi mutters, rubbing the back of his neck. “i mean, no alibi at all? that’s like asking for a big ‘suspect me’ sign…”
hajime doesn’t say anything at first, pondering deep in thought. he suddenly glances back at you, conflicted, like he’s trying to find something in your expression that clears everything up without forcing you to say it out loud.
“…you keep saying you didn’t do it,” he finally says. “but you’re not giving us anything else to work with.”
“i don’t have to prove something i didn’t do,” your reply was instant. probably harsher than you intended, whoops.
the words hang there; not wrong on your behalf..but not helping.
ibuki jumps a little behind her podium, eyes wide with curiosity rather than accusation. “but it’s like a mystery inside a mystery! if you’ve got a secret, it’s gotta be juicy, right?”
“it doesn’t have to be ‘juicy,’” mahiru cuts in seriously, frowning. “though you’re not making this easy on yourself. people are going to keep doubting you if you stay quiet.”
“i know that.”
“then why—”
“i said i know.”
that stops her. not because you raised your voice, but because of how intense it sounds, like you’re holding something back by force.
before mahiru can start full-on arguing with you—a small, uneven sound like a squeak came from the side.
“p-please don’t fight…!”
mikan’s voice barely gets heard through the strain but it’s enough to pull attention her way. she looks like she regrets speaking the second it happens, shoulders curling inward as if she’s trying to make herself smaller under everyone’s gaze.
the noise quiets down to hear what she has to say, but hiyoko isn’t having it.
“ugh, what do you have to say now, you filthy pig? just hurry up and die already!”
“shut it saionji. let her talk.” you shot the blonde a glare of warning, then turned back to mikan, nodding for her to continue. hiyoko huffed in annoyance but listened.
“i-it’s just… um…” her hands twist together nervously, fingers fidgeting with the edge of her sleeve. “e-everyone’s getting really intense, and…and maybe there’s a reason y/n can’t say anything yet…!”
...except hiyoko is quick to taunt her. “oh please, here we go. you’re defending them now? based on what, love confessions?”
mikan flinches hard, eyes darting down. “i-i’m not defending anyone! especially not because they’re..um..” her face rapidly changes to the shade of a strawberry. “i just—i mean—i don’t know anything either, but—!”
“so don’t interrupt.” hiyoko scoffs, only to be faced with an, “then why don’t you?” from you in return.
the nurse’s voice catches completely, eyes wide, and for a second it looks like she’s going to shut down entirely, retreat back into silence, but she forces the words out, looking at you in appreciation.
“…it’s scary,” she blurts out, facing your classmates now. “wh-when everyone starts deciding things like that…it feels like it’s already over before you can even explain…!”
there’s enough pause for her to keep going, even if her voice is shaking worse now.
“a-and…sometimes people don’t say things because they’re embarrassed, or…or they think it’s not important enough, or…” she glances at you briefly, then immediately looks away, face flushing further. “o-or they just don’t want everyone looking at them like that…”
nagito tilts his head, smile faint but unreadable. “embarrassment, huh? that’s an interesting possibility. though i wonder if something like that would really outweigh the risk of being suspected.”
“it might,” hajime says before he can stop himself. everyone looks at him as he frowns slightly, like he didn’t mean to say it out loud. “if it’s something personal…i mean.”
“you’re all making a lot of assumptions.”
“then correct them,” mahiru says firmly.
“i can’t.”
“won’t,” hiyoko snaps.
across the room, mikan takes a small step forward without realizing it, as though she’s trying to do something—anything—but doesn’t know how. “y-you don’t have to say it all at once…” she offers weakly. “just… a little is okay too…”
as seconds pass, you debate your answer. the pressure doesn’t explode this time. it just builds, quiet and constant, until it’s impossible to ignore. “…it’s not related to the case,”
“that’s not enough,” chiaki replies gently.
“i know.” “then—” “i get it,”
“is it something you made?”
the question comes out of nowhere.
mikan clamps her hands over her mouth immediately after, eyes wide like she didn’t mean to say it at all. “i-i’m sorry! i didn’t mean to assume—!”
“…why would you think that?”
“i-it’s just—!” she stumbles over the explanation. “y-you’ve had thread on your sleeve since yesterday, and there was that smell like antiseptic and fabric glue, and—and your hands had those little marks like when you sew too long and—” she cuts herself off, mortified.
“i wasn’t watching you or anything weird!! i just notice things sometimes and—i’m sorry—!”
“no,” your hand dips into your bag. “you’re right about that.”
pulling the item out, you show a small sized compact, but handmade; purple and lavender tones branding the object, stitching slightly clumsy yet reinforced decently, designed to hold weight without tearing. a soft inner lining peeks out where the zipper parts slightly, organized in a way that makes its purpose obvious the longer someone looks at it.
“is that...a pouch?” hajime asks, confusion and surprise written on his face.
“for medical supplies,” you add reluctantly with a shrug. “i spent all night making it.”
mikan blinks. then blinks again. she doesn’t know how to react; is she confused? yeah. did she expect this? no. but it does look really pretty..and indirectly compliments her hair color with its lighter tone. whether that was on purpose or not, that answer will remain unknown (it is).
“…for…medical supplies?” she echoes timidly.
your gaze softens as it lands on her. “you keep losing your stuff. bandages, scissors, whatever. i figured something like this would make it easier to carry everything around.”
mikan’s hands start shaking, tears welling in her eyes. “f-for me…? are you sure?”
rather than getting annoyed or lashing out, it only makes you chuckle. “for you only. don’t make it a big deal.”
“i’m not—! i just—!” her voice breaks completely, and she has to press her hands to her chest as to stop it from bursting for a second before she can continue. “n-no one’s ever—i mean— something like this is really hard to make properly, and it’s really pretty and organized and—” she looks like she might cry for an entirely different reason now.
“THIS HAS GOTTEN SO EMOTIONAL IT’S MAKING ME WANT TO TAKE A TEARY SHIT!!” nekomaru yelled, wiping away a fake tear.
ibuki nodded aggressively. “yeah! if i wrote a song about this, it’d be called, ‘I Got Suspected Of Murder Just For Making My Girlfriend A Gift!’!”
“my, that title matches wonderfully!” sonia encouraged, eyes sparkling.
hiyoko groans loudly. “are you kidding me? we almost voted based on that?!”
“well,” chiaki gives a small nod. “at least that explains the missing time.”
hajime relaxes slightly, tension easing out of his shoulders. “yeah…it does.”
“it’s fine.”
the trial finally resumes, attention bouncing back to the actual case now that your alibi was accounted for. but mikan doesn’t move. she stays where she is, staring at the pouch like it might disappear if she looks away. “…i’m really sorry,” she says suddenly, turning toward you in a small panic again. “i-if i hadn’t said anything, you wouldn’t have had to—”
“it’s not! you were trying to keep it a surprise and i ruined it and now you’re going to hate me and—”
“you didn’t ruin anything okay?” you reassured before she’d spiral any further.
she freezes, hesitant when she asks, “…really?”
“yeah, it’s yours anyway.”
her hands hover uncertainly before she picks it up, holding it like something fragile despite how sturdy it actually is. “…i’ll take really good care of it.” she promises softly, voice still trembling but steadier than before. when she sees you don’t reach out to take it back, the nerves in her body loosen as she relaxes.
mikan will treasure your gift forever, that’s for sure.
{ request } how the danganronpa thh girls would flirt 💭 . ★⋆. ࿐࿔
ⓘ head canon format , cute , light hearted , non killing game , flirting , they/them pronouns used
kyoko kirigiri ♡
very indirect with it
it's hard for her to outright flirt with someone, so she starts slowly by doing things to include the person she has her eye on
for example: saving them a seat right next to her at a table
inviting them out even if she's with all her other friends, just because she wants them there
gives them moral support and always tells them when they've done a good job on something
(whenever they're not around, though, she talks to her friends about them, like...non-stop)
toko fukawa ♡
toko? flirting? HA
she's so weird i love her!!!
but really, it's hit or miss with her
depending on the person she likes' personality
her style of flirting can either be endearing or just...gross
LOTS of innuendos...
probably sends those dumb dirty memes to the person she likes too 💀
aoi asahina ♡
becomes very sharing and very caring
much more than usual, actually...
she's really confident in herself so she isn't afraid of letting the fact that she is interested in someone show
the type to want to impress whoever she is after
celestia ludenberg ♡
strategically uses the feedback loop to get the message of "yes , i am infact flirting with you" to them
meaning, she basically compliments them everytime they do something for her, that she wants them to continue doing
they bring her a cup of tea once?
she tells them "you're so good to me!" or something of the sort, and it makes them want to do it more often
over time, celeste moves up from just compliments to kissing them on the cheek each time they do something nice for her...motivating them even more to do stuff for her
smooth moves tbh
sakura ogami ♡
also the type to want to impress them
starts off being friendly with them and inviting them to her martial arts tournaments
may or may not be the type to convince them to try martial arts out just so they can spend more time together for fun!
they study martial arts together, go to the gym together, and gradually sakura opens up more to them
she's a little conflicted on whether she should be more direct with the flirting or just wait some more though...
sayaka maizono ♡
always find a way to go up and talk to them
she wants to know their opinion on her new songs, what outfit she has on, how she can improve her perfomances...etc
once they do give her their advice/opinion, she changes what she can to cater to them. of course, still finding ways to keep her authenticity
she then goes to them with a smile on her face and tells them that she does it all for them ;)
one thing is for sure, she knows how to live up to a fantasy
junko enoshima ♡
literally does the same thing as celeste but is more overt with the pet names
also is more handsy earlier on
the haste brings her great despair
she's demanding, but they (most likely) won't notice it because uses sweet words like;
"please, be a dear and do [such and such] for me."
notice how she doesn't ask for a favor and just tells them to do it? yeah
don't worry! she'll give them a reward that will have them coming back over and over !!
mukuro ikusaba ♡
she becomes kind of a loser when she likes someone
always asking about every little detail of their day, what they love to do, what foods they like, the types of movies they like to watch
asks questions a little too much, but she can't help it!
she wants to know it all
and she holds onto every little thing that they say...
thinks saying "i'd kill for you." is a way of flirting
can you do Celestia lundenberg x reader (who is total cinnamon roll) where reader wins a card game with her 10 times at row?
Celestia Ludenberg losing a card game to cinnamon roll reader
A/n: I finally have a chance to show off my poker knowledge from the most reliable source imaginable: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Thank you for requesting, and I hope you enjoy!
You looked up at Celeste. Even in the midst of a tense game of five-card draw poker, you both shared a cheerful smile as if you were merely sharing a cup of tea. Though, given Celeste's nature, your smile was most ikely much more genuine than hers. It's not entirely her fault, as it's more of a habit she picked up while gambing than anything else, one that comes out even during friendly games like this.
"Whatever happens, I hope you do not hold it against me, mon amour."
"Of course not, Celeste. I love you too much to do that."
The time had come to play your cards. You reveal your two pair of aces and jacks, only for it to lose to her flush of diamonds. Such an outcome was disheartening, though not entirely unexpected. The two of you share a bow and a "good game", but as you do, Celestia notices something in your expression.
Past your smile lay a glint of sadness in your eyes. Most people would have difficulty spotting such a minor detail, but it was as natural as breathing for someone as skilled as Celestia. It seems that even with how well you try to pretend otherwise, you have been put down by yet another loss, even if only a little. Rather than mention it directly, Celeste decides on a more subtle approach.
"It seems you've won again, ma belle. I guess I'm no match for your skill."
"Perhaps, or maybe you simply need the right...motivation."
"Motivation?"
"Indeed. I have found myself able to do almost anything, so long as I have the right incentive."
"I thought we weren't using money?"
"My, my, you make it seem as if I have something nefarious in mind. Do not worry, what I am proposing is much more harmless, such as...a kiss."
"A-A kiss?"
"If you win our next game, I will reward you with a kiss on the cheek. And if I win, then you will give one to me. Does that sound fair to you, mon amour?"
You blush a little at the thought of something most people would consider completely innocent.
"Y-Yeah, I guess so."
"Very good. Then, let us begin."
Once more, Celestia shuffles the deck with expertise and deals the cards to to you both. However, she does so a little differently this time than before. Having gambled countless times in both professional games and underground matches, Celeste has picked up more than a few tricks about shuffling and dealing in a way to gain an unfair advantage. While most pros would easily pick up on this, someone as innocent as you, who'd never even played such a game before meeting Celeste, would have better luck finding a needle in a haystack.
One thing about her tactic that would even confuse such cheats and frauds, however, is that she's rigging the deck in order to give you the advantage. While she would normally be against cheating in any way or capacity, she figures that a small white lie to get you to feel better is acceptable...especially since she doesn't fully count a cheated victory as a true loss for her. And if the price for such a lie is to kiss her darling on the cheek, then she is all too happy to pay it.
As you both pick up your cards, Celetia gives a much more authentic smile than before upon seeing her hand. A straight. While not a bad hand by any means, it's nothing compared to the hand she gave you. If her calculations are correct, which they most likely are knowing her, then you should currently be holding two sevens and three queens. A full house. More than enough to beat her hand. Celeste smiles to herself, already imagining how happy you'll be to finally win. With her nearly perfect plan, there's not a single thing you can do to ruin it...
"I'll stick with the hand I have."
"I'll take two cards."
...Except that.
"...Hmm? Are you sure, mon amour?"
"Yeah, I think I can get a better hand than this.
As you throw two cards face down, Celestia's eye twitches ever so slightly that you don't even notice. She knew you were innocent when she first started dating you. In fact, it's one of the main reasons she fell in love with you in the first place. But to throw away such a strong hand without even knowing it...
Not wanting to give her plan away, all Celeste can do is give you your two cards from the top of the deck and hold back a sigh. Perhaps Lady Luck will hold back, just this once. She places down her hand, already deciding on how best to console you after another loss, only for you to reveal something unexpected. Four sevens, a four of a kind. Not only had you still beat Celeste, you even ended up with a better hand than the one she'd given you, even after throwing away two of your better cards.
Celeste stares gobsmacked at the result as you give a cheerful smile over your first victory against her.
"Wow, I can't believe I finally won! I'm guessing you were going easy on me, huh, Cele-"
"We go again."
"...Huh?"
"Ahem...I simply mean, why stop now when you could very well be on the verge of a winning streak? After all, surely two kisses from moi would be better than one, no?"
"O-Ok, then."
Surely your victory was only due to her giving you an advantage at the start. Before she was just holding back, but now she has her reputation to uphold. She will prove that she's still the same unbeatable gambler as ever, even if it upsets you a little to do so.
Your next eight victories over her seemed to prove otherwise. The two of you start your tenth and final round. Celeste is on the edge of losing her temper, her only reason for not doing so already being that she doesn't wish to harm your innocence that she loves so much. Even if you've already cracked her "undefeatable" facade without even trying.
She discards two cards from her hand, then draws two new ones from the deck. She adds them to the rest of her hand, then smiles. A straight flush, the second strongest hand in the game. Though your lucky streak lasted longer than she was expecting, Celeste is sure her next win is in sight.
She places her hand on the table, ready to declare victory, only for you to show what she both hadn't expected, and dreaded most. A royal flush, the best hand in the game. Rather than unleash her fury upon you, or a thousand curses on the creator of the game...Celestia smiles. Even with how rare it was, Celeste was always a gracious loser, always willing to admit when she's beaten, no matter how much it pained her. Although, as you look at your girlfriend's happy expression, you can tell something's off, even if you can't tell exactly what. You go around the table to approach her.
Celestia reaches out her hand, ready to shake yours and fully accept her loss. However, you instead choose to pull her into a hug.
"Mon amour? What are you doing?"
"Celeste, you don't have to pretend with me. I know something's bothering you."
Celeste lets out the tiniest gasp at this.
"But...how? You do not have my talent at reading facial expressions, not to mention you always take most things at face value."
"Because I'm your partner. It's my job to know. I wouldn't be a very good one if I didn't. I may not fully know what just happened, but please don't take it to heart. It was most likely just...fate giving me a break. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm sure you'll be back to dominating me again in no time."
Celeste gives a warm smile as she wraps her arms around you.
"You're right, mon amour, and thank you. Now, I believe it is only fair I bestow your winnings upon you."
Celeste pulls away from the hug and looks up at you with a smile. Then, she plants a soft kiss on your lips, causing you to blush.
"C-Celeste, I thought we agreed on just a kiss on the cheek!"
"We did...for the first round. But for winning ten, I think you deserve something more, no? Perhaps I shall even, how did you put it..."
She runs a finger down your shirt, feigning innocence that even you know is fake, yet you still can't help but fall for it every time. Then, she looks up at you again.
"...Dominate you?"
Your face blushes a deep red as you're left completely speechless, another reason why Celeste loves your innocence so much. She lets out a small laugh, then she gently takes you by the hand and leads you to the bedroom. No matter what hapens next, you're sure you're going to enjoy it to the fullest, and that's something even you can bet on.
howww aboutt how the women act or do with giving their s/o hickeys 😳
A/N: Whew! It’s been a while! I’m so sorry about disappearing, I’ve been struggling with some personal things, and motivation’s been pretty low. This is me trying to force myself out of the slump, lol! Thank you for being patient, and enjoy!! ˶ᵔᴗᵔ˶
Pairing: THH Women x GN!Reader
Genre: Fluff, A Little suggestive (we’ll say 16+ for this one!)
Warnings: N/A
Kyoko Kirigiri:
♡ Kyoko approaches the more intimate moments of your relationship with an almost clinical precision. Nothing happens by accident.
♡ The first time she left a hickey on your neck, it was very much intentional.
♡ It was an experiment, more than anything else. She wanted to see if she enjoyed the sensation of marking you, and— much more importantly to her— if you enjoyed the sensation of being marked.
♡ If you like it, she’ll hum to herself with a barely noticeable smile. “Hm… Good to know.”
♡ On her end, she’s genuinely surprised by how her chest flutters when she pulls back to look at her work.
Aoi Asahina:
♡ Now, Aoi… Aoi didn’t mean to do it at all.
♡ She’d gone into a bit of a trance as she kissed as much of you as she could. She’s very easily distracted, and you’re very distracting!
♡ She only realized she’d nipped you with her teeth when you gave a surprised squeak.
♡ It takes her a moment to tear herself away from you long enough to see that she’d made a mark on you. Once she does, she just giggles and sticks her tongue out playfully.
♡ She says something along the lines of: “Whoops, sorry! I guess you’re just too sweet!”
Toko Fukawa:
♡ Toko, as usual, overthinks it way too much beforehand.
♡ She’s nervous enough any time things get a bit more intense in your make out sessions. Being any bolder is gonna take some time.
♡ You’re the one who has to bring it up, actually. You notice that her mind is somewhere else, and gently ask her what she’s so worried about.
♡ She decides in that moment to just come right out and ask, face turned away and hands fiddling with her braids.
♡ When you say yes, she’ll bite her lip to hide her grin, and dive right in. Your neck will come out of this covered in deep red marks. Godspeed, soldier.
Sayaka Maizono:
♡ Sayaka also asks for permission beforehand, but she’s much more confident.
♡ Her intuition gives her a pretty good idea of what you’d like anyway, but she’d rather hear you say it out loud before she acts.
♡ She asks, lips brushing against the skin of your jaw with each word: “Could I give you a few marks, sweetheart?”
♡ When you say yes, she’ll be remarkably gentle with it. She’ll hold you by the waist and nuzzle into the crook of your neck. It feels so warm and lovely.
♡ If you don’t want her to make them where people can easily see, you won’t even have to ask. She already knows how much you can take.
Mukuro Ikusaba:
♡ She needed a little bit of help. The poor girl is just so clueless when it comes to these things.
♡ With how little experience she has with romance, she kinda has to get her information from outside sources. Such as books and shows.
♡ She tries to mimic what she’s observed in moments like these, taking a bit of skin between her teeth and sucking softly. As though testing the waters.
♡ You make a surprised sound in the back of your throat, and she immediately pulls back. Her expression is lost as she mumbles: “was that bad? I thought, maybe…”
♡ You just grin, and pull her into another kiss. She decides to take that as a sign that you liked it.
Junko Enoshima (non-despair):
♡ She makes them to tease you, mostly.
♡ She starts out with kisses, kitten licks, and the world’s gentlest nibbles. It’s only after you fully relax that she’ll pounce.
♡ A tiny shift in her position is all the warning you get before she bites down properly on the side of your neck, and begins to suck a bright red mark there.
♡ She giggles so impishly when your body jolts in surprise. She just loves every ticklish squeal and half-hearted protest she earns from you.
♡ Later, when you’re scolding her for making so many marks, she’ll just stick her tongue out at you playfully.
Chihiro Fujisaki:
♡ Chihiro has to spend a long time gathering the courage to do it.
♡ They go back and forth with themself over and over. Would you like it if they were more assertive? Or would you think they were being pushy?
♡ When they next found themself in a make out session with you, their head was practically spinning. Now or never!
♡ They steeled their nerves, and started to mark you up as gently as humanly possible.
♡ You were shocked at their boldness, but you assured them it was a very welcome surprise. The way they glowed at the praise was also quite nice.
Celestia Ludenberg:
♡ Celeste really thought she was above this sort of thing.
♡ But the first time someone has the guts to flirt with you in her presence… oh, she certainly isn’t pleased with that.
♡ She doesn’t give anything away. Not until you’re both in her dorm, and there’s no risk of ruining her reputation by latching onto you.
♡ She doesn’t just leave hickeys. She’ll leave dark red lipstick stains that she’d loathe to see you scrub off. To her, they’re proof of her adoration for you.
♡ When she’s finished, she’ll take your chin in hand and tilt your head side to side to properly observe her handiwork. “There we are, ma poupée. We won’t have to worry about other eyes now, will we?”
(Fun Fact! Ma poupée is French for “my doll”! I thought it would be a cute pet name for her to give you! ˶ᵔᴗᵔ˶)
Sakura Ogami:
♡ To be honest, you’re going to have to act first.
♡ Sakura is the type to be entirely content with just being with you. It honestly doesn’t occur to her to escalate things unless you ask her to.
♡ When you do eventually tell her you’d like to try it, she smiles so affectionately at you. “Of course, my dear.”
♡ She’s so gentle with her nibbles and bites. Every now and then she’ll put her lips next to your ear and ask if it’s still okay/if you’re feeling good.
♡ Love and tenderness pours into every movement of her mouth against your skin. It would bring you to tears if it wasn’t so damn hot.
After attaining the dorms, you immediately rang on the first doorbells you saw, still hoping you would be allowed in despite the conditions. And luckily for you, Celeste opened her door first.
‘’Celeste, I’m so sorry, can I please come in ?! Someone is chasing me !’’ She immediately stepped to the side to let you in and locked the door. ‘’I hope it is not a ruse to get to me, (Y/N).’’ But she turned and looked at your face : you couldn’t have faked it.
‘’I would never do that, Celeste.’’ She smiled a bit and then you added ‘’Especially not to you.’’ That made her smile fully. She knew you had a thing for her. There was no point denying it when you could die any minute. ‘’Someone was chasing me, so I rushed over.’’ You explained.
‘’Well, this wouldn’t have happened if you kept yourself in your room at night, like I suggested.’’ You could only nod, and she sat you on her bed. ‘’I usually wouldn’t allow you to sit with dirty clothes, but this is an emergency. Tell me what happened.’’ And so you did.
‘’That’s awful !’’ She commented, as she sat next to you to fix something on your shirt. ‘’I do have an extra robe to sleep in, if you agree to spend the night. I wouldn’t dare allow you back out there.’’ Well… you didn’t even have to ask ?
‘’Thank you so much ! I’ll owe you forever !’’ You exclaimed. ‘’Well… except if you wanna use me for a murder, I guess.’’ She chuckled. ‘’I wouldn’t dare do that. Anyways, you are allowed to sleep wherever you please and use extra sheets if you want. I also don’t mind you staying with me in my bed. Just for tonight.’’
Sakura Ogami
The first room you thought of when you believed you were about to die was Sakura’s. If one person was intimidating enough to scare a killer away, it was definitely her. So you rang many times.
You were considering ringing others’ rooms as well, but it seemed that just being able to join Sakura’s door was enough for the killer to run to somewhere else or to hide.
She opened the door, already alert that someone had rung this late. ‘’(Y/N) ? What’s happening ?’’ You were so grateful but even without the killer in sight, you hurried to get inside. ‘’I’ll explain everything, can I please get inside for now ?’’
Sakura immediately agreed. When she locked the door, you explained everything that had happened : how you had wandered at night to ease your mind but only heard footsteps after you. She went mad.
‘’WHO DID THIS TO YOU ?!’’ ‘’I couldn’t tell. Just… someone taller than me. I thought running to you was the best idea.’’ ‘’It was ! Tomorrow we’ll investigate and the culprit will have to explain themself !’’ It took what seemed like forever to calm her down.
‘’Sakura… do you mind if I… spend the night here ? I’m scared to stay in my room alone…’’ you finally asked. ‘’Yes, of course.’’ She gave you her bed as she settled on an extra futon. How she got that you had no idea, but you remembered that Hiro got a bunch of random stuff as well, so you didn’t question it.
‘’Thank you. I’ll owe you forever !’’ She chuckled. ‘’Just owe me until we get out of here. It’s my pleasure to protect you. Anytime.’’ And then, you almost immediately fell asleep. After all, you were tired of so many emotions…
Kyoko Kirigiri
After being chased, you rang on a bunch of rooms : you didn’t think whose rooms those were, you just needed to escape, and going to your room was just too obvious (and you would have been able to defend yourself more with someone else).
It was Kyoko who opened first, almost immediately actually, as if she had expected someone : she was still fully dressed, she hadn’t even taken off her jacket and shoes. ‘’(Y/N) ?’’ Seeing your face, she added ‘’You seem in danger. Come in.’’ You gladly did.
You knew she did not let you in because it was you especially : she just was confident enough in her ability to defend herself that she did not care letting someone in. And you knew that she had spent at least one night with her door opened. But this time, she locked it behind you.
You explained everything, as fast as you could. ‘’Well, were you able to decipher who it was ?’’ She asked, holding her chin -something she often did when she was thinking. ‘’No, it was dark, and I ran immediately so I couldn’t see who it was. I just know it was someone taller than me but maybe they were wearing a disguise or heels or… whatever ?’’
The face she made was making you unsure : she wasn’t satisfied with your answer. ‘’I guess we will have to investigate this. It is not safe for the night. You can stay here as long as you want. And if you want to sleep here, I suggest you to get some more sheets to get comfortable.’’
You gladly took the floor : it was better than nothing. ‘’I would offer you my bed, but I do know you shy away from me. I guess it is too personal to even just sleep in the bed without me.’’ Wow, she did know you. Scary. She was always giving you an eerie feeling, yet something comfortable emanated from her.
You smiled and only replied : ‘’Yes. Thank you. I probably owe you my life, now.’’ She seemed to smile just a little bit as well when you said so. ‘’Well, I’ll ask you if I ever need something.’’ You hoped the something wasn’t killing anyone…

Kyoko Kirigiri
Kyoko prides herself in figuring things out
After all, that’s what she does best
So imagine her surprise when the one thing she cannot figure out in the slightest happens to be you
She wouldn’t blame you if you think she hates you
Because quite honestly, she keeps her distance from you
She chooses to stand away from you when there are gatherings in the dining hall, or giving you one word responses when you try to strike conversation
Because she wants to understand how you managed to make her feel this way
She can figure out many things, puzzles were something she was gifted at solving
But you were the first to stump her
When you would smile at her in the hallway, why was it difficult to look you in the eye?
And, when she did make eye contact, why did it make her face heat up so much?
She found the predicament incredibly interesting, and was dead set on solving it
During the free hours one day, she actually responded to you when you asked to spend time with her
As you engaged in conversation, she found herself slightly hypnotized by the way your lips moved as you spoke, or the way your voice sounded
And she knew she had to do this again, because this feeling was rather addicting
However, she hid this excruciatingly well, to the point where you still felt like there was a layer of indifference and disinterest when it came to you
After many more hours of conversation and discussion, you noticed her close off even more
It wasn’t until you said something about it that made her slip her cover
“I wasn’t aware I came off that way, for I feel quite the opposite.”
When she saw your expression, she blinked rather aloofly, before continuing
“I enjoy your presence more than anyone else….The simple answer to your confused expression is that I quite like you.”
She blinked
“….a lot.”
Celestia Ludenberg
Celeste always acts for her own personal gain, that is the way she has always lived and will continue to do so
She was an actress, using her silver tongue to web lies so that others got caught
But why did she feel the need to be so…truthful with you?
There was something about you that made her inherently angry
Why did her perfectly crafted, never faltering mask that she had so perfectly created nearly fail her every time you were around?
There were times late at night, when she would imagine your voice speaking her name
Not Celeste…but Taeko
How would Taeko sound coming from your lips?
Suddenly, there was a part of her that wasn’t so selfish
She was so desperate to escape this school, despite lying to the others and commanding them to adapt
But then your face would come to mind
Perhaps there was a way, a loophole, to escape not just by yourself, but with someone?
There were always loopholes in things, Celeste knew that better than anyone with her knowledge of gambling
When sharing a cup of tea one afternoon, her red eyes couldn’t leave you
For the first time, she told you about her ultimate dream
A gothic castle, where she could dress in the finest lace and be treated like a queen by vampiric-like butlers
You didn’t scoff or laugh at her idea, which made her smile strengthen as she leaned in closer to you
“Tell me, mon beau, do you wish to share this dream with me?”
Aoi Asahina
Aoi knew she always liked you
You were fun to be around, and she knew if she wanted to be around someone, you were the go-to
But once the killing game started, like, really started
That’s when things changed
Suddenly she was too afraid to do most things alone, and even she wasn’t alone, could she really trust who she was with?
That’s why she suddenly became so infatuated with you
For some reason, she felt safe with you
When she wanted to have a good, needed cry, it was your shoulder that she wished to do it upon
Quite suddenly, she didn’t feel so alone anymore
You gave her a reason to smile in moments where she didn’t feel like she could
It was one night that you were spending in her room, having laid out your mattress and pillows on the floor beside her bed
You had been talking for a few hours before you both decided to sneak off into the dining hall to get some donuts
Despite it not being an official rule that you couldn’t be outside the dorms at night, both of you decided to treat it like a stealth mission
Quiet giggles and loud shushes were emitted from the two of you until you reached the dining hall
And that’s when it hit her
You were the only person she wanted to be around
You were the most important person to her in this entire school
If she was forced to spend the rest of her life in here, she wouldn’t mind spending that time with you
Alongside that, if everyone found a way to escape…she’d definitely want to go out
As you began to alert your donut, that’s when she broke off from your previous conversation
“Y/N…if we make it out of here..could we go out? Like, on a date?”
She suddenly bit into her donut so that she would have an excuse as to not speak if your reaction was bad
But when you said something along the lines of, “why wait?” She only smiled
She quickly swallowed, linking her arm with yours and laughing
“Then this shall be our first super official awesome date!” She spoke loudly before taking another bite
Toko Fukawa
Toko was convinced you hated her
Why did you feel the need to smile so much at her? Why did you feel the need to talk to her like she was a friend?
Did you pity her? Feel bad for her?
She concluded that it had to be either of those two options
But more and more she decided to despise those options
To hell with the rest of the students, they could hate her all they wanted
But you? The idea of you even disliking her a little bit…
It wasn’t a fun feeling.
She paced her room and chewed at her fingernails, rambling to herself
What about you was so gravitating? Did you really like to be around her or were you faking it?
It wasn’t until you both were in the library one day, where she slouched over the table and watched you as you talked
You were trying to ask her about her books. What they were about, why she started writing, which ones were her favorite…
She told herself it was because you wanted information to embarrass her with
And when she gave you that information under her breath,
You smiled and asked her more questions
Were you genuinely interested in what she was saying?
Whenever she would say something that was perhaps slightly perverted or sexual, she would curse at herself, expecting you to look at her in disgust
But you just never did
Why the hell were you so nice?!
She picked at her cuticles before speaking in a grumble, the words spilling out almost involuntarily
“Ca-Can you just tell me if-if you like me? Be-because I like you s-so much and..uhm.. I-I just want you to..to just go ahead and disa-disappoint me!”
Sakura Oogami
From the day this killing game started, Sakura felt very protective of you
She treated everyone with respect, and she viewed everyone as a friend
But for some reason unbeknownst to her, she was drawn to you
Until it finally clicked for her
When you introduced yourself for the first time, you made eye contact with her
This, despite it not seeming like a large deal to many, was a big deal to her
Many people when meeting Sakura avoided her gaze
Whether that be out of fear, judgement, insecurity, confusion…you name it
But you smiled and listened to her as she introduced herself to you
Not once did you seem to be intimidated by her appearance, instead, she would see a glint of awe in your eyes
She enjoyed greeting you in the mornings, smiling at you as you passed one another in the hallways, or engaging in conversation
It wasn’t long before she felt her heart quicken as soon as she would see you
Once the killing game began to take place, and true threats were beginning to rise, she found that it was her desire to keep you safe
To keep that smile on your lips despite the dire situation everyone was in
When in her room one evening, she hummed as she listened to you explain your worries and fears
It wasn’t long before she placed a large hand on your shoulder, the strength and stability that exuded from the touch deeply comforting
“Y/N…you are incredibly important to me. I promise to keep you safe. I understand if you do not feel the same…” her voice faltered a bit, as if she were quietly begging for that to not be true, “know that I will keep my promise.”
Sayaka Maizono
Sayaka found it incredibly hard to trust anyone
She wanted to be home, she wanted her friends and family to be alright, she wanted this whole “game” to stop
But it seemed as if that wish wasn’t in her power to grant, so she needed to make the best of it
She became relatively friendly with everyone, not wanting to be on anyone’s bad side
(Particularly the strong, scary people)
But she was instantly drawn to you
You seemed to be someone she could trust, someone to confide in
Someone she wouldn’t mind being stuck in here with
She loved spending time with you, no matter what it was
Because ultimately with you, the killing game seemed to leave her mind
One of her favorite moments was when the two of you were in your dorm, and she taught you some of her choreography that she did as a pop star
Needless to say, it seemed impossible to dance and sing at the same time, but she laughed and encouraged you
It was mindless fun, the kind of fun that distracts you from all of your worries
And when you both decided to wind down for the night, that’s when she realized
She had to tell you how she felt, otherwise when would she?
Besides…tonight seemed perfect enough, she was going to stay with you in your dorm for the rest of the night
She hugged your pillow, sitting criss-cross on your bed
“Y/N? Could I ask you something? And you have to promise not to laugh!”
When she got confirmation, she swallowed a lump in her throat and continued
“I just…I like you a lot. Well..more than just ‘like’. Do you, maybe, feel the same?”
P.S: when you eventually confirmed your feelings, she let out a sigh she didn’t know she was holding onto. She giggled and claimed she knew you had felt the same way. Why? “Because I’m physic,” she claimed, “just kidding!”
