In your opinion, do you think a new small business such as a flower shop or new coffee shop would thrive or at least survive in Chattanooga?
I don't know how long ago this was sent, my tumblr never tells me I have messages.. but I for sure think a coffee shop could do well, especially near UTC's campus. I don't know as much about a flower shop although I just think that would be awesome cause I've kind of always wanted to have a flower shop!
