What's the difference between fateseal and scry?

The player that’s effected.

Scry N means to look at the top N cards of your library, then put any number of those cards on the top of your library in any order and then the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. Fateseal N is similar, but you’re looking at the top N cards of an opponent’s library instead.
