Is there anything Kid feels guilty about/regrets in her life?

Kid seldom feels guilty/regrets any decisions she’s ever made, but there are a few that linger in the back of her mind - romance being the biggest topic.
Kid has always been one to trust in logical reasoning rather than her emotions and personal feelings in regards to her choices. Over the course of the war she amassed some admirers and potential partners/lovers but never truly indulged the possibility. In turn, she broke many hearts and jilted many girls, and became a notorious heartbreaker. It isn’t so much that she’s afraid of commitment, in fact she is quite capable of loyalty despite her player-like demeanor, but she would much rather keep her relationships as friendships. Her argument is that friends stay forever and relationships don’t always work out. She’d rather have a lifelong friend then a temporary lover.
However, this does raise some haunting questions for herself. Because she has always taken the easier route she has never experienced what it’s like to trust on her emotions and heart. She wonders “what if” when she is alone and blames herself for being too much of a coward for not relying on her instincts and feelings at times (something Amelie-Royce is great at). Control is the only thing she truly has and it is frightening to let that go when one is in a relationship with another. Because of these innate fears, she wonders what it might’ve been like to fall in love and to experience all the things one reads in fairy tales and love stories.
Pursuing Clovis was the only exception. She doesn’t know why exactly and is still on the journey to figuring out why that is so!
