talk to me about the first time mel sees wendy "die"

….. she stubbed her toe and then stepped on a lego within a span of two seconds…… she died of pain and humiliation????? duh????? ok ok ok i had my fun here it is!!! 

she was 10 when wendy died for the first time. wendy had been actively involved in mel’s like for a little over two years now but didn’t know the depths of wendy’s curse like the resurrection part. so the wyatt house was attacked by anti-witches protesters which lead to the house being shot at. wendy was hit in the head and died instantly which left mel in the state of shock. she sat next to wendy quiet, not crying, not really doing anything. motionless. she felt so helpless to see the person who she admired die right in front of her. thankfully, before the officers got there, wendy had resurrected and cleaned up the scene. they searched the house because they believed someone was shot and asked a million and one questions, especially towards melinda. luckily for them, melinda is a pro at lying and pretending nothing drastic had happened. unfortunately, they were blamed for provoking the protesters and was given a disturbance ticket. safe to say, it was not a good day to be in that household!!!
