This three-way morph shows an Asian lady who had an upper blepharoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, fat grafting, and other minor office-based procedures. She is shown before and five years after these procedures. It is important to note that the goal of revision rhinoplasty is to improve the appearance of the nose and in this case to reduce the over projected and over rotated nasal tip and nasal bridge that is too high, but the limitation is scar tissue from prior surgery reduces the ability to create a perfect result, just improvement. Also, it is important to note that the upper eyelid is improved through a combination of fat transfer as well as upper eyelid skin removal. This creates the most balanced and natural result for eyelid rejuvenation.
