These are sooo good and I must apologise for chomping in to them while I was filming but honestly……if you only knew how much I NEEDED them you would understand LOL!
This recipe will make 12 Fry light 1 cal spray 2 bananas 2 whole eggs 4 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. ground cinammon
Mash the bananas, add the eggs, vanilla and cinammon and whisk together…..cook in a hot pan, sprayed with fry light for each batch so they don’t stick…… the rest is easy!
