Ok y’all forgive this lengthy post but #honestyhour time. I’m so busy looking at how far ahead I have to go. I’m not celebrating how far I’ve come. It is baby steps. I’m sure I’m not showing many changes cause Lawd knows the numbers are barely moving but I’m proud of myself. I refuse to measure myself negatively against others’ journeys and will continue to focus positively on my own. Be encourage beloved every step forward is always a step in the right direction. Our bodies are beautiful, strong, powerful and capable of everything and more. It's difficult to see the progress that everyone else says that they've noticed. My starting weight was "ERR" because most scales don't go that high, but it was well over 425lbs (my last recorded weight). Got on the scale today and it read 394. I'm in awe. I did not expect to get below 400 THIS soon.
