Not Your American Idols Tour Sign-Ups!

Hi Team!
For All Those Sleeping is co-headlining the Not Your American Idols Tour presented by MerchNOW this fall (October 1 - November 3) with Capture The Crown, Ice Nine Kills, Palisades, Myka Relocate and Youth In Revolt! This is going to be a great tour, especially since some of our artists from Outerloop Records are on the bill (Ice Nine Kills & Youth In Revolt). We'll need your help to encourage new fans to come out to the show. Let's help hype up that For All Those Sleeping are playing these shows. Please read though the details carefully and sign-up for a show in your area to get involved! Don't forget if you're selected to promote this tour, you'll get FREE admission into the show!
IMPORTANT: Only sign-up if you are 100% sure you make it to the show, can complete a pre-show and post-show report. Your pre-show report is due one week prior to the show and a post-show report due no later than one week after your show. Failure to submit reports by their respective times will result in not receiving a guest list spot (free admission) and/or restrictions in working shows in the future. Guest list spots are hard to come by and we need to make sure we are reserving them for teamers that deserve them!

Pre-Show Promotion:
Street - pick ONE of two options:
Option #1:
-Print out 60 mini tour flyers (4 to a sheet x 15 sheets = 60 individual flyers) and hand them out at a local competitive show in your town where you think you'll find some new For All Those Sleeping fans. The local competitive show that you will be promoting at must be at least one week before the Not Your American Idols Tour date you're promoting. Make sure to write the date and venue of your show on the flyers. If you need help finding a location to promote, let us know! Make sure when you're passing them out that you're encouraging them to check out For All Those Sleeping's music, and make it to the show. (5 photos - 1 photo of all your flyers zoomed in & 4 photos of people with your flyers)
Option #2:
-Hang 3 tour posters at places such as the Venue, Hot Topic, Guitar Center, DTox, record stores, FYE, HMV, skate parks, coffee shops, your school etc. Make sure to write in the tour name, other bands playing, date, time and venue of the show. Take a zoomed out photo to show where it is. We need you to include a caption / description with every picture you send as well. (3 photos - zoomed out of each)
*Bad places to hang posters: Wal-Mart, Gas Stations, Fast Food Places etc.
-Print out 20 mini tour flyers (4 to a sheet x 5 sheets = 20 individual flyers) and leave some at places like your local record store, guitar center etc. You may also pass them out to people you talk to while you're out hanging your posters. (2 photos)
Pre-Show Report Total Photos: 5
Pre-Show Report Submission: Please save all pictures, compile/ organize/ label them into a single word document (.doc/ .docx) or PDF and send your pre-show report [email protected] AND Brianna (FATS Street Team Leader) [email protected] at least one week prior to your show date with the subject line "Not Your American Idols Tour Pre-Show Report" to receive a spot on the guest list (free admission into show)!
Promoting During The Show:
-Ask fans at the show (before doors) to preview a focus track (ex: "Incomplete Me") to get everyone in line pumped to see FATS at the show. Pass out album flyers to everyone you talk to so they know the band's new album is available at the merch table!(5 photos of people with flyers and/or previewing the track)
-During For All Those Sleeping's set, take a live photo or video of them performing and post it on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Make sure to tag the band and hash tag anything pertaining to the picture (i.e For All Those Sleeping, FATS, Fearless Records, band member(s), song title etc) and mention how great it is seeing the band perform live. Post-Show Promotion:
AP Readers Chart:
-Vote for Incomplete Me in the AP Reader Charts. Leave an awesome review of the album, but make sure you're being genuine. Many of our teamers get quoted in the AP Reader's Chart, so the better your write up is, the more likely it is that your review is quoted in the next issue! If you have already voted in the chart this month, please use an alternative email or have a friend vote in your place. (2 screenshots, one of the completed form and one of the thank you screen)
-No later than three days after your show, make an online review of the tour! You may choose to make a YouTube video (you may include live footage) and share it on Facebook or make a tumblr post (don't forget to include epic photos) etc. It's your choice! Keep in mind that your review should be genuine and mention parts of the show you enjoyed the most (such as memorable moments, favorite song performances and meeting the band etc. to hype up For All Those Sleeping. The point is to let your friends, followers and other viewers know that you had a blast and encourage them to check out the band and their music! (1 screenshot)
