Panchito, era un loro choroy , el cual fue víctima del "mascotismo " lo mal llamado ser animalista o querer demaciado a los animales ... Producto de ello unas personas criaron a esta especie que está protegida por ley y su tenencia es ilegal , ya que es un animal de fauna . Por su impronta y su llegada tan cercana al humanos estos casos , hace imposible que se pueda liberar, ya que ,no saben buscar alimento propio ni tampoco aprendió a volar , fue parte del CEREFA Chiloe Silvestre donde falleció finalmente de vejez 💚✨

Está foto es de mi práctica profesional, y está foto para mí representante muchas cosas , ya que en el momento en que se sacó la foto , está foto , había ingresado recién el paciente , el cual era un cisne de cuello negro , que siendo sincera los cisnes , los flamencos y los pingüinos , son mis aves favoritas. Estaba tan emocionada que cuando ingresó que me dejaron tomarme una foto con el mientras hacía sujeción y revisión del paciente. Lamentablemente este individuo ingreso al CEREFA por ataque de perro , teniendo múltiples mordidas por su cuerpo tan delicado y un desgarro en su carúncula. Al momento de estar en el proceso de colocarle fármacos y anestesia inhalatoria ,y cerrarle las lesiones .... No resistió el procedimiento y murió . Recuerdo que ese día lloré tanto , como una especie tan hermosa podía haber acabado así ? Porque justo ese día llegó ? Me había llenado de esperanzas que podría recuperarse algún día y volver con los suyos , lloré tanto por tanta injusticia, y lo más lamentable que esto seguirá pasando mientras exista gente irresponsable con sus mascotas que no son capaces de llevarlas a esterilizar , tener sus vacunas al día y desparasitar a tiempo tanto internamente como externamente ... Entiéndase que una mascota es un lujo y no una necesidad . 💔
