Producto de ello unas personas criaron a esta especie que está protegida por ley y su tenencia es ilegal , ya que es un animal de fauna . Por su impronta y su llegada tan cercana al humanos estos casos , hace imposible que se pueda liberar, ya que ,no saben buscar alimento propio ni tampoco aprendió a volar , fue parte del CEREFA Chiloe Silvestre donde falleció finalmente de vejez 💚✨
