Fun thing about the U.S. is every state has a distinct Vibe and most people internationally only know a few of them. Like Florida is Weird, New York is the big city place, and California’s hot as fuck and has too many influencers.

Wisconsin is the cheese one. Idaho is the potatoes one and also the racist one. Oregon is the Weird (left leaning edition) one (specifically Portland). Utah’s the Mormon one. Louisiana is the French one with damn good food. Tennessee is the music one. Washington’s the rainy one (not Washington DC). Hawaii’s the everyone tries to ignore the American colonialism one. Fun!

Yeah being in Hawaii felt like I wasn’t really in the US properly but still enough of an influence was seen and felt to know that this is technically a US state lol

(also it was very funny being 18 and technically able to drink in Australia but not being able to while I was over there)
