Psalm 37:4 “Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart”

Since June is the birth month of The Little Jo I searched for Bible Verses about "children" and this is one of the verses that I like.

Psalm 127:3

TBH I didn't think that we will have a child and my initial reaction when I found out that I was pregnant "pano na ang travel goals namin?" haha I know it sounded selfish, forgive me, but I just wasn't expecting that I'll be pregnant at that time...and then I saw the reaction of The Daddy Jo, he was really happy, really excited!

During the pregnancy journey syempre it was fun, I got to really enjoy those "privileges" and then I gave birth, I was crying when I first saw Joakim - no, I wasn't in pain at all ( and they only use topical anesthesia on me the whole time that I was pushing him out )

I was just delighted upon seeing him and was somewhat proud of myself that I was able to give life to a very cute human being -

I feel so blessed to have him!

I still have those moments na habang tulog sya, I would stare at him, thank God for giving me chance to be a mother -

I must've done something really good to have this "reward"

and I always pray that the Lord and Mother Mary will guide us in taking care of him, to continuously bless us with wisdom and strength so we could be "good" parents and

for him to grow faithfully as well.

So yeh, this is my #BibleVerseOfTheMonth , may we all have a joyful and blessed month.

The weekends went by so fast, we were so busy since it was my niece’s birthday, prepping for it and then cleaning the house afterwards - whew! It was fun though, seeing family friends again after a while. The kids really had a great time - and so because I was busy didn’t get the chance to share anything until today , the last 3 I made for Psalm 119:105 and will start on the next Bible Verse Of My Week shortly.

May well have a wonderful week.

Oh how I love this verse, it is such a relief knowing that the Word of God is always there as my guide - and will always be.

Psalm 37:4

1st design I did for this verse, I stopped for a while since I feel like I didn’t have any inspiration, like I was trying to figure out a “theme” that I would like to use and all that jazz, like “a writer’s block” - so to get over that feeling, I browse through Pinterest and then just forced myself to get into Canva, browse more pictures to get “inspiration” , saw this very beautiful fields of flowers - focused on the butterfly because it’s just beautiful. So there.

the last design I did for this very beautiful verse 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, and today was a challenging one,I got so wrapped up with all the pressure and negativity - - - have to constantly remind myself to pray, whatever I’m going through I say “Thank you Lord God, thank you although this situation does not make me feel good at all I will just lift this all up to you and I trust that you will help me get through this...sooner or later I’ll be okay with your help and also in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ who’s my Savior, thank you Lord God”
