05/14/2019 Painting Day. Finishing up my first coats, am working on the sides now. Hard to say how many coats it will take but I am projecting 7 to 12 layers on the more detailed parts so we still got a ways to go. It’s been awhile since I worked with so much blue, though I have noticed every come summer time I produce a swim time water painting.
