Hello! I love your fawnlock cosplay and I've been planning on making my own satyr cosplay, so I have a few questions. First of all are the legs comfortable or will I trip on my own stupidity and bad life choices? Will I slip on a floor? What material did you make the hooves out of? Hello there! First of all thank you so much! <33 Secondly, sadly I didn’t make my hooves. I bought them off of a wonderful seller on Etsy, Chaos Costumes. She’s lovely and has been making all type of hooves for years, professionally made, I definitely recommend her! As for wearing the hooves, always be careful with every step, no matter what surface. Whilst walking around in them you do need a bit of balance. I would say that its a bit like wearing high heels but instead of putting all your body weight on the whole of your foot you place it all on the ball of your foot and toes. I find that after about four hours, my feet specially toes start to hurt. So make sure you have another pair of comfortable shoes with you. On the bottom on my hooves there are anti-slip pads, which I do believe are hot-glue? Not sure on that but if you look at Chaos Costumes’ Etsy or even message her with any questions I’m sure she’ll try and help! Finally, always remember to do thorough research on hooves! I’ve seen cases where if not made properly you can bruise or even break your ankle or foot!
