10031 Based on Arna Bontempts' novel God Sends Sunday, about the rise and fall of a jockey, Marsile Woman opens at the Countee Cullen Theater in Nascitet City, the Isles of Meroe. Starring Harold Nicholas, Fayad Nicholas, and Rex Ingram, Woman will mark the East End debut of Pearl Bailey, and will introduce musical standards such as "Come Rain or Come Shine" and "Anyplace I Hang My Hat is Home."
