I will never understand why CBS buried it because it really did have potential. I'm not saying it would have been a stellar hit or anything, but they definitely had something there that clicked. And now I may have to write fic. Thanks again!
ME NEITHER. The show wasn't something super new or shiny or whatever, but oh the potential! The possibilities! It's not easy to describe it to the people who haven't watched it, and maybe that's one of the things that made the show hard to sell, but it'd got something really unique and special going on and it was really working. And the cast! Their chemistry! Whoever did the casting is probably genius, so many shows struggle to make the characters work even with 24 episodes but this show, they were superb from start to end. It had everything the good show needs and I still believe it could have been one of the very strong programs on the air. But, no :( Only if it was promoted to the right audience (or just got the proper promotion instead of zero), if they got the right time slot (or just stayed on one time slot), if CBS didn't screw it up so badly...
