I managed to get in on @emegustart‘s Valentine’s Day commission sale and now I have a huge stupid grin on my face. :3

Day 18 of Inktober 2017. For “filthy” part of the road collapsed and Fayn is left covered in mud. And he is very prideful and is quite angry with himself for not reacting fast enough to avoid the embarrassment of being covered in dirt.

The rest of the “Decay of Terra Hvara” crew just stand by more or less concerned (Except for Arryn who is laughing at him)

Falkari culture placed a lot of emphasis on the importance of the family and the wider tribe, on being part of a greater whole, so their dæmons very often settled as wolves or other social animals. Sad necessity meant that Fayn led an altogether more solitary life, so she wasn’t blindsided when Caspian settled as a tiger instead – though his becoming a type of tiger she had never seen before, rather than a much bigger and differently-marked Darkwald tiger, puzzled her for a while.

(despite his name, he was actually referenced from a Sumatran tiger.)

On the whole, Fayn adjusted incredibly well to living in civilisation again.

Nevertheless, occasionally Wygar is reminded that, in many respects, he married a stray cat.

While Fayn isn't actually ostracised for her albinism in Stormhaven as she was in her birth village, it would be optimistic to say that she's a complete stranger to the odd rude comment. Fortunately, she finds a nice wide smile usually sorts things out quickly.

(It's uncomfortable for her to hold an intermediate form for more than a few seconds, so she usually has normal human teeth both in shape and number. Wygar is quite thankful for this.)

Lineup, 2022

I've drawn a couple of height comparison charts for my characters before, but I felt like doing an updated one just for the Stranatir crew and including a few characters who either weren't included in the previous one or just flat out didn't exist yet. I hadn't actually decided how tall Ari is before I started this, but thought it was funny for her to describe Asta as a 'skittish little thing' when Asta is, in fact, taller than her.

Ikara thinks it is Incredibly Rude of Zar for a human to be that tall.
