hey :) no problem i got you, try this 4-5 times a week and try increasing the reps when you feel like it’s getting easy. should only take you around 20 minutes too so it’s not gonna seem over-facing. it’s also gonna target your upper, middle and lower abs as well as your obliques.-10 scissor kicks-20 sit ups10-20 second rest-20 crunches-30 russian twists10-20 second rest-40 second plank (or however long you can hold it)-40 second side plank (each side)-10 reverse crunches 

also implement some cardio too to burn away the fat, i recommend brisk walking, jump rope, mountain climbers (especially good when you’re working abs) and jogging. hope this helps :)

Maybe something where Lynx17 sticks their nose in OW’s business OW confronts them. They send in Zenyatta (and Genji by association) to ask them to join. I feel like Zen and Lynx are so different, but both snarky. They would probably get along with Lynx17 teasing Zen a lot. Genji would be ˵❤‿❤˵ ;;about them both.

it's honestly so funny to me seeing people reacting negatively to the locked loadout for nightfall news. since day one of the game, i have never ever changed my loadout in the middle of a raid, nightfall, Iron Banner or anything else. all of my three guardians have an assigned trio of weapon types to which i hold onto. part of their character.

Some people latch on to that, some don’t, I welcome the challenge honestly. For a Nightfall, a locked load out is nothing to be angry about.

it’s fine to be upset. like, it’s understandable. i’m saying that you’re treating bioware/EA like a human being when they’re just... a company... who need to make money. they’re not going to listen to a bunch of whiners, the same way they’re not going to listen to the people who are telling them to carry on.

it’s this attitude that pisses me off, because it’s literally a case of “they should have listened to us!!!!” when... no, they have no obligation to?

also, i love the franchise too. don’t doubt that. but there’s a line between being upset and being irrational, and too many people are crossing it.
